Love the roof top bar however the rooftop pool was cloudy and over packed

The room smelled like cologne and gave me a headache. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great central downtown location.

In my last day of satying I requested extra towels and they never sent them, it was very important to us, we know hoisekeeping crew was available for the request, front desk never sent the request.

It looked nice when you walk in. The view from the rooftop was nice. The parking situation is a disaster. They have you park in an underground parking garage and is very expensive. They also moved me and my family to a disability room which had a disability bathroom in it. There was no way to stop the water on the ground from going everywhere in the bathroom , stepping out of a shower you’re not able to step anywhere that is dry, and then it was going into the rest of the room. We tried to use towels as a barricade between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. It was just such a mess. And plus the ADA shower faucets had no water pressure whatsoever. Therefore I didn’t even shower the next day and felt so gross. They did not tell me they moved me to this room. It was just a surprise when I got in there, I called the front desk to see if there was any other rooms and they said that they were overpopulated. This was a very special weekend for my family and I and I paid the extra money to stay somewhere nice. The second night we were there apparently someone pooped in the rooftop pool and we were unable to swim or anything, so it was not a good stay at all kind of ruined the weekend. I would not recommend this hotel if you were planning on something nice. Oh, and it was very hot in there the room temperature always stayed at 74, you’ve been trying to change it to colder temperature

It’s a great hotel.

We had a late check in so I was a bit nervous about checking in. The receptionist was great and so helpful! Definitely a place I’m staying again.
-
Pool was full of rowdy tweens. Bar took an hour and ten minutes for one martini (830pm). Would not stay here again.

Simple hotel. Homeless people camped out across the street on the side walk but they did not block this hotel.
