Courtyard Salt Lake City Downtown

The environment was very cozy, clean and welcoming. We could relax easily and enjoy the city while having a very comfortable room, pool, lobby and overall experience to return to.

Hello, the hotel was clean and updated but my room would not cool and there was no hot water for about 12 hours so I couldn't take a shower at night or in the morning 😳

When take Uber, seems uber pickup location a bit off, about 1 block. Make sure communicate with I er driver

No hot water. Power plugs did not work. Short staffed.

Parking lot as 25$. We called ahead to request the 6th floor, Hola said ok. We ended up with a parking lot view, no luggage holder and water in the space of the tiny mini fridge. Nice bathroom though

their boiler is having some problems so be prepared for a really hot and a really cold shower, it changes on you HAHA

Everything was good for a quick overnight. Our only complaint was there were only three pillows for each bed and they were terrible cheap pillows that went flat easily.

The staff did not do their job after been given vehicle information and putting it on my account for the $30 parking charge so now im stuck paying an $80 parking ticket because of them. Not impressed

Great stay except the hallway smelled like urine.

Room and everything was great My only complaint is there is no fan in the bathroom. I stayed with three teenage boys. So the fan would have been nice.

We were given an accesible room when I booked a regular room. Sofa bed needs a new mattress sprigs are all popping out, and their were still dirty bedding from last guest, no one could sleep on that mattress. Lots of noise due to construction outside our window

Clean room but the AC was a little load very nice location does not have own parking lot have to used public parking for $25 a night other then that was a good place

It was a place to sleep. Won't stay again! They charged extra for parking. PLUS $300. Charge for tobacco detector, we don't smoke or vape. I used my nebulizer for a treatment. Now it's a texting war with management for refund.
