Beautiful quirky hotel spotlessly clean, great location, 5mins walk to seafront. Staff were all polite & helpful. Our twin room was gorgeous & breakfast was 10/10 eating in a tastefully decorated conservatory. No complaints about the hotel at all.

Brockley Hall is an absolute gem. It is bespokely decorated throughout and was wonderful from our perspective. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb and we will definitely be back for our annual pilgrimage to Saltburn by the sea next year. I have no negatives and that is a rarity for me

Located close to the sea and the town. The room contained everything that you might need during a stay, bed was really comfy, the shower worked well.

Very nice and upmarket,clean and lovely staff ..Room 27 was absolutely stunning with a beautiful roll top bath,lovely shower and comfortable bed.. Room 27 is directly above the large noisy extractor fan and the kitchen door,very noisy fan and staff until 11.45 pm ish when the banging,rattling,scraping etc eventually stopped and the fan was turned down…but hey ho 6.30am the fan resumed full fury…not a good sleep which spoiled this lovely hotel….
