The room I was in had 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet the other a shower and both had sinks. Great for 6 people. The common area was wonderful with lots of people and space to sit and relax. There wasn’t a fan or ac in the room making it very hot.

Dusty no communication available no lights in the room dirty wall and bed

Larger than anticipated. Double bunk beds for the kids with a double for parents so everyone in one room together with bathroom so it was perfect for what we needed as a stop over for the night. Two minute walk from the station, hence why we booked. Manager was lovely Confusion at front desk when we went to pay city tax the lady at front desk said we didn't pay for accommodation and wanted to charge us again, despite having proof of payment. We were told she'd sort out with manager later but we went to Booking.com directly for help and matter was resolved within half an hour. The accommodation got back to us 36 hours after we sent a back up message (I didn't feel the lady at front desk would resolve issue) we were told to send them an email directly ... we'd already checked out by then! Moral of story - always go directly to Booking.com as they know what they're doing and are there to help.

Great location, close to the train. Our room was nice, but shortly after arriving, we noticed there was some garbage left around the room and the main bed sheets were stained.
-
Good facilities, quiet rooms and simply furnished rooms. Long check in process, lack of reception staff and not the friendliest.

Někteří čekali i déle. Do 22:00 hodin personál odmítal sdělit jakéholiv informace o dalším postupu.

Our room was excellent: clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. It is supposed to be a hostel, so I was disappointed by how small the guest kitchen was. It is decently equipped, but small, crammed and stuffy (as it has no windows)

If your Booking page clearly states that cash payments are not accepted, but then your payment system doesn't work and you send guests to an ATM that charges a €3.50 fee to withdraw €10, then you're probably doing something wrong. Why not simply include the city tax in the booking price, as decent places do? I don't mind making my own bed, but having to fit a fitted sheet onto the top bunk mattress makes it much more difficult than it needs to be. Why not provide a flat sheet like the duvet cover, or simply give guests two duvet covers instead?

Noisy street under our windows, even at night

Clean rooms, great staff

The hostel has a good location close to the station . Small room but convenient for a 1 day stay

Great, accessible location. Clean. Spacious. Bike storage. Check in took forever. The front desk lady was not nice. Shower changed temperatures randomly.

Affordable and clean dorm-style accommodation. Each bed came with clean towels, and having two bathrooms inside the room was very convenient for six guests. There is also a shared kitchen and a communal area on the ground floor, which were nice additions. As many students and young travelers stay here, it can be quite noisy at night. The shared kitchen is rather small. Our room could benefit from better lighting. There were also not enough electrical outlets for a room accommodating six people.

Very near to the bus/train station so good if you’re staying one night, otherwise not close to anything. Separate shower and toilet in the room. Washer and dryer available for a charge. Small bar on site. Very hot and stuffy in the rooms with no ventilation in the room or bathroom. Was given a numbered bed but only 2 beds had numbers and others were not given an assigned bed number, led to some confusion. Kitchen is very small and very dirty. Did not even want to cook or put my things down in there. No lockers in the rooms, and lockers downstairs you have to pay to use. Overpriced for what you get. Not a great part of town of course being near the train station so if you want to walk and find bars or restaurants better to stay closer to the center.

Good value but the overall comfort of the building and bathroom situation wasn’t great. Otherwise good value for Salzbur

The property was safe, spacious, clean, and good vibes. Comfortably held 6 people with good space. Bathrooms were separate and private. Breakfast was filling and tasty with a great variety of options The elevator to the second floor was broken. Stairs didn’t go directly there. The new staff member left to handle it didn’t know where the stairs were. After we carried our luggage up and down several flights of stairs he went and found the correct stairs, then came back to us, and showed us how to get there. It was very confusing to find our room. All other floors and rooms are easy to access. We did ask for a room change with elevator access as that is what was needed for our mobile impaired companion but they were all filled. The staff member was so helpful and accommodating. He did what he could to make it right with what he had access to. Much appreciated. Still disappointed that it was difficult to get to the 2nd floor.

The room was spacious, the ensuite bathroom in the private room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Reception was also very friendly. They told us our room was ready, but it was dirty. So we had to return 3 hours later. We noticed they put all the clean towels on the dirty carpet floor outside the room. The area doesn't feel very safe at night and it's a long walk to historical Salzburg.

Our room's shower was too moldy to ignore, every night for 4 nights people were playing cops and robers for HOURS starting at 23 (11pm) and no one stopped them. The breakfast options were kinda poor tbh, (cerials, hard boiled eggs and a bit of salami/cheese) which sounds standard but it was quite noticably not the best options for the price. There were cabinets in the room, but one of them was broken so you cant lock it which isnt a problem unless the room is full and the other 5 are already taken.
