Travelling as a family- 2 adults, 2 kids 5 & 7, had a lovely suite with separate master bedroom and lounge with double sofa bed. TVs in both rooms. Great breakfast. Good coffee. Almost didn’t book as it wasn’t clear as to what the sleeping set up would be for the kids. On quite a busy road but didn’t hear the traffic and the plus point was lots of buses to get around Salzburg.

The hotel managers was very rude. Reception response very weak. They asked me to carry my luggage down because the trolley boy wasn’t available they could send any employee instead rather than asking the customer to do it.

An excellent hotel with spacious, elegant and very clean rooms. The rooms are well equipped with premium amenities, and having two terraces was a really nice added feature. The breakfast was varied, with a good selection of options and good-quality food. Although the hotel is around a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre, this was not an inconvenience for us, as there is a bus stop just a couple of minutes from the hotel. The bus provides easy access to both the city centre and the train station. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Salzburg, combining comfort, quality and convenient transport connections. The hotel is so beautiful and located in a peaceful yet accessible part of Salzburg. The AC was a bit hot and the gym is very basic other than that everything else is so beautiful and I will definitely come back again.

The breakfast options were great, but we were most impressed with the service and food at the restaurant - our waiter was really friendly and the meal was lovely. The rooms were nicely cool in the hot weather and there was room enough to sit down at the extra table and chairs. The Hotal is set out of town. but a straight easy walk, and we got free passes on the buses which stop directly by the Hotel and then in town, so tried this the second day. We appreciated the extra facilities like the gym, and the coffee bar, overall a great option for investigating Salzburg. Staff were a bit rushed at breakfast, but on the whole, in reception were helpful. There was one machine 'out-of-action' in the gym and conflicting information about opening hours between the gym and front desk. These, however, were minor issues.
