Excellent quiet location Close to main bus and train station Close to grocery stores and some great local restaurants

Good facility

A clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the coffee capsule machine and the kettle though real coffee capsules instead of decaf would have been good. At least 20 minutes walk to Altstadt but not far from the main train station. There was a separate room for serving the breakfast but no separate room for having breakfast - we all sat close to reception. My room description said "with a river view" and I had a view of a construction site. There was no restaurant on site for dinner despite it being advertised so I was disappointed as I wanted that option after a full day of tours.

The room was definitely not clean — there was dust everywhere. We were given the room late with the explanation that it was being cleaned, but there was absolutely no sign that any cleaning had been done. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this before. The customer service at this hotel is extremely poor, and the cleanliness standards are unacceptable. Additionally, at check-in they charged us a €50 authorization fee without providing any receipt and told us the money would be returned within a few days, advising us to contact the bank if needed. It has now been over a month, and the bank confirms that no refund or reversal has been initiated. Instead of resolving the issue, the hotel dismisses guests with false promises. This behavior feels dishonest and completely unacceptable.

Parking to pay additional, too expensive parking and it is outside (not garage)

Close to the main station and easy walk to buses to catch to old town. The room was clean and the best is the neighborhood is quiet.

I enjoyed the breakfast, staff were courteous and friendly. The dark ceiling made the room dark and gloomy. The lighting wasn't bright enough to offset the dark ceiling. There were no drawers to place your garments, only open shelving.

The room had very poor lighting and a black ceiling. The walls were a dark shade as well and it felt like a cave. I needed a flashlight to see in my suitcase. Our room was on the first floor so we had to have our curtains closed for privacy.

The coffee could be hotter.

Staff pleasant, close to train station First night there shower backed up flooding our room with water. Pleasant front desk employee mopped it by hand which of course took some time. We tried to speak with a manager 3 times over the next 2 days seeking some tiype of consideration and they were never there.

Located near the main train station a short bus right away. Clean. A cleaner walked into our room after we had checked in and I was in my birthday suit - obviously a mistake…

Front desk was excellent and very helpful - Sonny and the front desk team was amazing I would go back just due to their being so friendly Hotel has a plumbing issue,

Very clean and well maintained. A good shower. Receptionist was very informed. Light switches took some getting used to.

Bed and pillow good and I had some good sleep. Shower pressure good. Location accessible given the price compared to other hotels in Salzburg. Staff good, especially Eva who is at the front desk, kind and helpful (respond to my questions as much as she could). She even gave me some suggestions after returning with a twisted foot when returning from a day trip. If not for the staff I can only give no more than 8/10 instead of the current rating due to various issues. For my first room, one of the light near the bed is not working (not well attached to the wall), for the second room (staff offered me to change the room), the light under the sink in the bathroom is not working (this time I didn’t change due to it’s on my last day). Breakfast okay but expect more varieties. The housekeeping team keep forgetting to send me the complimentary bottles of water everyday (When check in, I was told by the front desk I should have the water), but the staff at the front desk does give me when asked.

The room was very nice. Very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast. It was ok. Nothing I would do again.

The location is quite near the Salzburg HBF and main river so we can walk and run to the center of the city. The hotel is quite clean and the room is enough for me and my wife The air condition of our first room given to us is not working. And the hotel moved us to another room which satisfied us
