Location is amazing. Dead center of old town on best shopping street in Salzburg. Rooms we had were huge with very nice bathrooms and beds. Staff is very nice and helpful. A bit of a labyrinth to navigate lobby to your room which might be challenging for older guests with mobility issues. Only providing 1 bottle of water per guest per stay seemed inconsistent with the quality of the hotel. And the breakfast is not that great.

The hotel was in a fabulous location overlooking the river on one side and on the other side you walked straight out onto the pedestrian street in the Mozart area, with fabulous bars, restaurants and shops. Our hotel room was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We stayed at the end of June, which worked out very well as there was a Summer event on which was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Nothing

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is gorgeous. Our room was very quiet and spacious. AC worked well (we went during the 34 degree Celsius heatwave). They also included complementary chocolate, water and fruits in our room. Staff is very friendly. And I cannot sing more praises to the location. So convenient to get to anywhere. Breakfast was good too! Nothing.

Helpful friendly porter and some reception staff. Our room was available before 3pm. Good secure bicycle storage and charging point in room off the back laneway. Large comfortable room with lounge chairs. Good hot water and pressure in the shower. Separate bath and shower. Large flatscreen TV. TV was not a smart TV with no ability to use anything except TV channels with limited English.
