Staff was very good and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Everything was very good. there is no coffee to buy and it is ponitless to make coffee machine available only after 12:00 PM. provide an option to buy before 12:00 PM if that is required but to not have an option to buy if i don't have breakfast is not what all of us really understand and like.

Not located in city center, however in booking indicated otherwise. The staff is not helpful or friendly at all. It was very hot when we arrived, and there was a couple before us which just booked the room in the hotel manually, they found the spare room for them for directly accomodation without waiting, but not for us - we booked in advance and asked them to check in earlier if possible.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and economical. The location, although a bit further from the center had easy access to good reliable public transportation. Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, functional and quiet.

The hotel was a little far out, however this was reflected in the price and public transport was easy and quick.

Price, cleanliness, breakfast Air conditioning just blew warm air around the room during 88F humid weather

We checked in on a hot day towards the end of May. The AC was not working and we were not aware of it untill late at night. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and provided us with a room/portable fan. Unfortunately, the fan did not help. We had to relocate.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working when we arrived. We canceled our reservation and were refunded for the nights that we paid. We were only in the room for about a half hour until we discovered that the AC was not working. We found accommodation elsewhere.

The smooth check in process. After checking in we observed that the Ac is not cooling which I reported the issue to the receptionist, they offered me a fan which’s not acceptable to me due to the weather condition, whoever, they where kind and upgraded my stay from standard room to a room with a balcony. The variety of food in the breakfast. There were less options

We had a wonderful check-in experience. Ms Gomez was extremely helpful. Throughout our 2 night stay she helped us with all our questions. She made our stay memorable. Rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast was wonderful, bountiful and delicious. The breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. The only reason we didn’t give location a 10 was because on Sunday after returning from the town center we couldn’t find any restaurants open close by, and had to eat snacks that we purchased from the lobby. There wasn’t a big variety and a microwave would have been nice.
