The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly A little tired, no drinks or tea and coffee facilities in the room so had to use the vending machine which were expensive. The main issue was having no air conditioning. The week I stayed it was over 30 degrees with only a fan to blow warm air around. Needless to say I had very little sleep. For a Four Star Hotel, I would except to have air conditioning & tea & coffee facilities in the room!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Salzburg. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank-you to the front desk clerk, Djuricic, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Djuricic helped me find important information about the emergency medical service and doctor’s consultation when I needed assistance. That support meant so much to me and made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Free big parking Free Tickets to transport ! Very welcome staff Good breakfast The carpet in the hallways is old and stained. The bathroom ventilation fan is extremely loud, like a jet engine, and it keeps running for a very long time. There is no kettle in the room. There is no air conditioning in the room. The beds are very small. The safe did not work. We had several rooms for our family, and one of the rooms did not have a refrigerator. There was no complimentary bottled drinking water in the room.
