Overall the room was large, but that's about where the good finished. The check-in process was definitely not warm and welcoming. We were given two rooms, and when we went to the first room and opened the door, someone was still living in the room, with all their personal belongings all over the place. Massive security issue! When we we approached the reception, there was no apology, just a statement that suggested that can't be right, and that they should have checked out. A new room was provided. The other room we were provided has rubbish on the floor, oil or liquid splatters in the cupboard, the door was wide open, and when I informed reception of the issue, and the fact there was rubbish all over the balcony including an old towel, cigarette butts all over the balcony and rubbish from MacDonalds, reception attempted to have house keeping clean it, but went to the wrong room, and without knocking opened the door onto my parents. When I later informed the reception team of this issues, they just looked at me, blank face, no apology. Only when I pointed out the rubbish was still there the next day, did someone finally go to fix it. Further, there was rubbish throughout level 3, that was there for well over 24 hours. Staff had zero interest in the hotels cleanliness or the seriousness of the security issues.

It was average at best, which was a shame, the plaza premium in heidelberg was great. The location is a cab ride into town. It was an expensive room rate too, but in faireness to them there was a major football game going on during our stay. Also we had a family room, the kids were on old folding beds

Room was fine for 2 nights with family of 4. Short walk into town. Parking option. Friendly check in and check out staff. Small fridge. Additional bed supplied for 14 year old was slightly broken so not comfortable. The open shower with window is not very private when you need to shower in the presence of kids

Big room comfortable bed, 24 hr bar in lobby, free bus service into town. Location, room cleaning not to standard,shower shampoo dispenser was faulty and was a slipping hazard in the bath where it leaked,this was reported twice but nothing was fixed.car parking charge was expensive.

Receptionist spoke good english, room was spacious and clean, with all the consumables. Great stay.

Well situated close to public transport good breakfast and staff were always there to help They didn’t have a Salzburg card which a lot of other hotels do and it gives tourists a cheap way of seeing the attractions the town had to offer

The staff were really great. They seemed understaffed but tried their hardest to keep everyone happy The room wasn't really cleaned very well and the soap ran out in both the shower and sink

Close to transport. Receptionist very grumpy on check-in and didn’t tell us about tourist mobility card. Only 1 coffee and no shower soap in one of the two rooms we booked. Shower leaked in one room also.
