Friendly staff in a wonderful location. The hotel was quiet, and it was easy to walk into the center. You also get a guest mobility card. There was bike parking and they had gluten free bread on request.

Close to bus stop and pedestrian mall. Helpful staff. Very hot so would have liked AC. Breakfast was overpriced. Patio could be spruced up with flowers.

Great location. Very clean hotel. Good, varied breakfast. Helpful staff. Only thing that could improve it would be air conditioning in the room.

Property is easily reached by car with ample free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and the centre of Salzburg was in walking distance. One of our party has mobility problems so the free public transport tickets were most welcome, and the bus stop is close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and light. No major problems. The rooms were beside the road so there was a bit of traffic noise if we opened the windows - this would not be a problem in most of the building. Wi-Fi was variable quality - sometimes OK, sometimes very slow.

Hotel is located on the very outskirts of Salzburg, somewhat questionable. Would not recommend for a solo traveler. Walls are quite thin and can hear conversations in the next room. No ventilation in the rooms, nor is there a phone or a fridge. Breakfast was mediocre.

Perfect location! Right next to the mountain and a perfect distance walk from the train station. My friend and I walked to and from old town multiple times a day! Clean and well worth the money. Even the hand soap smelled nice and we had the windows blowing the mountain air in each morning. We got there like 3 hrs early and could still check in and got an upgrade. The front desk man was so friendly. We were joking by the end of the conversation. Great recommendations for food too from the front desk man! I see there is a parking lot for cars if needed and also breakfast but we walked everywhere and went to cafes for breakky! Truly such a wonderful place. The staff were always smiling and kind. I hope to return someday!! Literally can't think of a single thing. I was sad I couldn't stay longer?

Everything was fine. Nice and quiet. Walking distance from the train station, and a reasonable walk to the old town/city centre. everything was fine.

From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming. During check-in, he went above and beyond to assist us, offering great local tips and ensuring we were comfortable. The place was super clean and comfortable! Thanks for everything!

We had a good stay, the staff was kind and answered all our questions, the hotel provides cheap on-site parking in the yard (€10/day), they offer free bus tickets in case one needs them, but the city center is at walking distance. The rooms were clean and calm. Overall, really good value for money!

We had a really good stay. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large enough. Breakfast is excellent with a good amount of variety. Location is good. A short walk to central area and some hiking trails.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff were kind and attentive. The location was perfect - about a 15 min walk to the Linzergasse and the Getreidegasse. Parking was reasonably priced (10€ night) and right on the premises. The breakfast was perfect - lots of choices and the breakfast room staff replenished things quickly. I felt that this place was great value for our money especially so close to downtown. When we come to Salzburg again we are definitely staying here. Nothing

I really loved the room, it was spacious and it was great for staying with my boyfriend and our friend. The staff was amazing, super helpful also gave us a transportation card which was a life saver, they also took the time to explain everything from transportation, to nearby attractions... The hotel's is situated in an amazing location quiet but still very accessible from the center. All in all it was just a wonderful stay.
