위치도 좋고 엘레베이터와 에어컨이 잘 작동하는 숙소 였습니다. 체크인 할때 어디로 가면 싼 마트가 있고 어디로 가면 좋은 레스토랑이 있는지 알려주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 방은 깔끔하게 준비되어 있었고, 아주 아늑하고 깔끔 했습니다. 아침식사는 빵이랑 요거트 달걀 잼 등이 제공 되는데 막상 먹을거는 없었고, 애프터눈 티 세트 처럼 과일을 주는데 상태가 별로 였습니다. 아침이 얼마인지 모르고 먼저 먹고 후에 가격을 알게 되는 시스템이라 좀 혼란스러웠습니다.

This hotel was great during the summer months because it has AC, reportedly most hotels in the area do not, and it gets really hot in Salzburg. We literally kept the AC running the entire time we were there. We got upgraded to a junior suite (according to one of the owners) and it was fairly comfortable. There is an electric kettle, an espresso coffee machine and a small fridge in the room. There were a few things we didn't care for but they didn't change our desire for being at this hotel. The first one was an issue with the shower door which didn't block the water from coming out to the outside floor. Unfortunately the water leaked outside the bathroom for which we had to notify the owner to come and take care of the problem. The other issue was the poor WiFi signal in the room. There was one small area on the couch where we actually got signal, outside of this area forget it. The breakfast was ok, nothing great actually and a bit overpriced (15 euro each person) but it was convenient to have it at the hotel.

Staff were so helpful. Location is great. It had a working AC and a fridge, the room was spacious and in good order. Bathroom was clean and towels were nice and big.

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent—one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel is a safe 12-minute walk to the main train station. And to get to the old town was also an easy walk. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were extremely soft and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We requested firmer pillows, but unfortunately they were no better. We were also concerned about the shower, as the floor became very slippery when wet. My wife slipped and fell one evening while showering. We reported the incident, but felt the response lacked the level of concern we would have expected. Additionally, the sliding glass doors for the bathroom and toilet were noisy and somewhat inconvenient. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Salzburg.

Very clean, very polite staff and hotel feels like a family environment. Location is really good. Walking to downtown is max. 10 min. The bed and the pillow is quite soft. No pillow options.

Check in Due to staff shortage, breakfast was not served in the hotel. To us that was a lame excuse. If you have only one?? person to serve breakfast that's a problem!!

Great location just 2 blocks from the Ubahn station so super easy to get around. Markets very close by for easy shopping. The apartment was well designed and comfortable with everything you need. The host is the best I’ve ever had with timely and super helpful information. Would definitely return. Pillows on the bed could be better but only a minor issue.

The decor was very cool, and my 20 year old loved the ‘vibe.’ Room was spotless and even had a mini fridge in it. It was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. And there’s a super cute terrace too. It isn’t in Old Town so it’s about a 15 minute walk away, but we knew that when we booked it. Better price than hotels in Old Town, and this one is quieter.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast that they offer for an extra charge, was really very good.

I liked everything about this hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff was top notch, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast was also very good. I found the rooms to be very clean and bed comfortable. Great location as well

The young lady who checked me in was very nice and personable. Room was too small, and the older gentleman who checked me out was unfriendly and little sarcastic (unprofessional). Was little far from downtown.

The room had lovely wooden furniture and was very spacious, with comfortable bed, shower and air conditioning. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from salzburg train station but did not feel that long in the autumn weather. It is conveniently located near the old city (10 min walk). Do check out the list of recommended restaurants the hotel provides and make use of the free salzburg card provided which allows you to take transport for free (the attractions are separately priced). The staff is lovely and I would stay here if I ever come back to salzburg. There was a lift as well. NIL.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided very good restaurant suggestions and transit information. Bed was comfortable and we were upgraded to superior so we had more sitting room. The wifi in our room was extremely spotty so that to download a newspaper we had to go into the hall and stand under the signal. This led to us overusing the data on our SIM card as the phone had to keep reverting to cellular.
