I booked this place because our previous experience had been great and it had strong air conditioning. This stay the air conditioning was nonexistent one of our rooms was hotter than outside the other was equivalent to outside

The air conditioning was loud, we had to turn it off as it was keeping us awake. Other than that it was all great!

Cold room and freezong cold nathroom tiles tiles. VISA cc ensiramce of eventual damage at check is not welcome - it is an insult. First entrance in the room - no elecrticity. air conditioning unit cannot be controlled. Overall experience .. poor, Low budget hotel labelled with name that was respectable and valuable decade ago.

Staff okay but no amenities. AC does not work , no Fridge no cold water to drink no iron and iron board. Facilities is a shabby .

Tired. Several room lights did not work. Some black mould in the shower. The two chairs in the room were not comfortable. Staff was very efficient.

Room was a decent size, facilities were all good. Was a bit of hike into the city center.

We took 2 rooms and they wasn’t on the same floor. One of the rooms was not accessible, and the staff didn’t clean our room.

The experience at Holiday Inn was terrible. We had to wait three hours at the reception, our rooms were canceled, and we still haven’t received our refund. Even Booking.com was bad, and the whole experience was awful.

I liked the staff. The room was hot with the air conditioning on. The room didn’t have basic things like an ironing board, or iron, mini fridge, etc.

Holidays inn properties are usually good, but this property rooms are terrible. The carpet was smelling and no proper lighting in the room.

The location is a plus. You can walk to everywhere, old town, meeting tour locations, restaurants, etc. It also appears the hotel is in a safe area because we returned very late during the 3 night-stay. The size of the room is relatively small though the room is well coordinated from an open closet, safe box, table and chairs. It would be a plus if the TV is a smart TV.

The staffs were very nice with us. Not good. The room had old furniture, smelling like cigarettes, bad air and with mosquitoes inside. No breakfast included. Needs updates. For the price, you can find better options with breakfast included.

Staff were nice and friendly. Location was excellent. Good spread for breakfast. Facilitated were dated. Door handle was broken. Light fixtures didn't all work. Not enough plug sockets
