I had a decent stay at Hotel Drei Kreuz overall. The self check-in process was straightforward and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay in Salzburg. That said, I found it a little expensive for what was offered, so I think the value for money could be better. The main downside was that the room was quite warm at night, and without air conditioning it was difficult to cool it down. Overall, though, it was a perfectly fine stay and I would consider staying again if the price was right. Primarily the price on the higher end, the absence of AC

Location 1. For the price they are charging they don’t have AC. 2. Room was very small, old and the ambiance wasn’t good. 3. No one to attend to your concerns.

It is a clean hotel, and it is great that the city's sights and attractions are within walking distance. The lack of air conditioning on hot summer days causes discomfort.

Self check in worked fairly well. Terse receptionist was reasonably informative and helpful. Room was clean and the elevator was appreciated. Breakfast was reasonable. The location was okay but maybe a little too far from the centre of town. The room was quite warm and had no aircon. There is some sort of industrial site behind the building which makes a lot of noise during working hours. Okay if you’re out and about during the day. Would have appreciated more of a heads up about the free public transport vouchers, we would have saved some money if we had realised in time. No tea bags in room
