Perfect location for us — close to Hauptbahnhof by bus or S-Bahn, not too far from center and cheaper. We had large and heavy luggage, getting there was no problem (other than there is no elevator) ? Really nice room, furniture and facilities. They also provided us with the ticket to use public transportation ? There was no kettle and that was a very big disadvantage for us since we drink lots of tea.

I don't understand the electrical system, why I can't charge my electrical device (cell phone / camera), at night when I turn my light off, and if I live the light on, the bathroom air blower is very loud. One Electric Tea Kettle for for the whole hotel.

The bed was a bit too soft, but nothing really bad at all!

My stay was very pleasant. It was a new thing to share the bathroom and shower. But it worth it since it was a good balance with the price I paid. Nothing to complain about.

I got a little amount of soap, that is not sufficient for even one shower. The location is quite far from the city and there is a bus only every 20 minutes.

The room is spacious. Bathroom is clean. Luggage rack is provided, good for anyone with bad back. Self check-in process is easy to do. Bed is clean. Hotel provided the free Salzburg public transport pass for the guests. Just register and get a mobile pass. It’s very far from the railway station/old town. About 8 bus stops away. But the bus stop is just next to the hotel. No aircon. Need to open the bathroom window to vent out the warm air from hot shower. No lift but only 1st storey from the ground floor. It’s expensive due to Oktoberfest in Salzburg.
