In absence of ac, there was a fan. A dented fan, but it was working. It was good enough to just sleep 2 nights. Roof window that was not possible to fully close, which had a handle that someone did try to fix with paper staples.

The staff were great, very attentive and guided us through the city transportation as well, since we came for a football match. Room was simple, clean and comfy. Location is not central, but it is close to the train station, which allowed us to connect to everything smoothly even during super busy hours.

The room was very nice and had plenty of storage space for suitcases. The staff were extremely pleasant. An example of something that the receptionist/owner? did that he didn't have to - as we were checking out he thanked us for choosing to stay at the hotel for our trip to Salzburg. No air conditioning. The extremely hot weather during our stay really highlighted how this can enhance your stay. There was a fan in the room, which at least gave you a bit of a breeze, albeit of warm air. Still, it was better than nothing

Location, staff and cleanliness of room was exceptional. Everything you need at you disposal with bus stops very close by to take you to the main station. No fridge in the room but we only stayed for a couple of nights so no major issue. Bed fairly firm but again definitely manageable for a short stay and very clean.

Receptionist were very nice and helpful and welcoming. Location was little fat from the Altstadt but with the free bus ticket you can go anywhere and öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels are very on time and comfortable.

Hotel was in a good location and was very clean. Rooms were big. Unfortunately it was hot and the rooms did not have Aircon. Fans weren't enough.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Although it is a little far from the city center, it has very good public transport connections, making it quick and easy to get around. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel provided us with a public transport pass for the entire duration of our stay, which was extremely useful. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff were always friendly and pleasant. The main downside, especially when visiting during summer, is that the rooms do not have air conditioning or a minibar/fridge to keep drinks or food cold. Temperatures can get quite high at this time of year, and sleeping with just a fan was quite difficult. Overall, we had a good stay, but because of the lack of air conditioning, I would not recommend this hotel during the hottest summer months. At other times of the year, however, it would probably be a very good option.

Absolutely horrible experience – the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were hairs everywhere: in the bathroom, on the bed, and throughout the sheets. The hairs on the sheets were clearly from different people, which was absolutely disgusting. We had booked the hotel for just one night, but after seeing the condition of the room, we were completely disgusted. We immediately reported the problem to the receptionist as soon as we noticed it. Instead of taking our complaint seriously or offering a solution, he simply told us that, in his opinion, the room was clean. When we showed him the hairs on the sheets, which were the worst part for us, he actually touched the sheets, picked up the hairs with his hand, and threw them onto the floor, saying that everything was perfectly fine. We asked if he could at least provide us with clean sheets so that we could change them ourselves. He told us that he had no other sheets and that the existing ones were “perfectly clean.” His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He eventually left angrily and even slammed the door. We have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience we have ever had, both in terms of cleanliness and staff behavior. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The level of hygiene was unacceptable and the way our complaint was handled made the experience even worse.

Well they are one of the cheapest i can find in the area. Not a bad choice for a stay in Salzburg. The staff are friendly especially the guy who let me get a coffee and 1 bread from the breakfast buffet and only pay for the coffee. There’s a fan provided so you can atleast have something if you are here for summer. I guess the cleaning. I stayed for 2nights and on the second day they only fixed the bed without vacuuming and even didnt get the used mug (i used for coffee). Not a big issue though. Location is a bit far from the center and tourist spots. public transport was free however
