The room was little bit smaller than on the pictures, but we stayed only for 1 night, so was ok. We missed the tea bags or coffee for the morning little bit.

It was easy to check-in after hours. The staff was so friendly. They promptly answered my emails. The breakfast was so lovely!

The room was neat and tidy and included a balcony. My family really enjoyed the attached Pan Asian restaurant. Brigitte was very helpful. It was a bit farther from the train station than was advertised.

They had a nice large parking lot with plenty to room. They were across from a bus stop so it was easy to get into the city.

great ppl at check in/check out, great breakfast extremely small room, it says 42m2 and it was barely 20m2 for 4 of us. Although i had good sleep cause couch and bed are good

We did not have breakfast, so we cannot comment on that. Although we stayed in a suite, it felt a bit tight for two adults and one child. The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. One thing to be aware of is the noise from early morning flights starting around 05:30, as the hotel is very close to the airport. This can affect sleep quality for light sleepers. On the positive side, the staff gave helpful advice for city sightseeing, which we really appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we did not feel it was fair to reduce the rating because of the overall service and hospitality. Apart from the airport proximity, it was otherwise a flawless stay. Nice hotel just outside the airport with great staff and easy access to bus to go to the city and free parking, what more can you ask for. Nothing, well for some, yes there is no elevator, but did not bother me

Super friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, comfortable and clean rooms (also very spacious - we were in 5 people), great location to take the train to the Christmas Market! We were very happy with our stay.
