Room was small, but for me that was no problem, since the price was perfect. Bathroom was spatious, modern and clean. The breakfast was in another hotel. Not a disaster; but it was the only thing.

We checked into the hotel, the receptionist charged us 21 euro and some cents for City Taxes for room 220. We proceed to go to room 220 and it was already checked into someone else. Then they corrected the room and gave us a different one and then charged our card AGAIN for City Taxes and refuse to refund us for the first City Tax charge which was for the wrong room they gave us.

The online check in is very confusing . We have to check in by person, the receptionist doesn’t like very friendly. We asked her about dining places and bus information. She didn’t provided good information, luckily check out receptionist she was good and friendly. The room is very small also

Neatness and the location. There is no lift facility. Was very difficult to carry the baggages.

Good helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean linens. Made very good use of the umbrellas. Utilized free bus transportation. Nice to have a balcony. Staff willing stored our luggage. Poor internet connection. Location is a little farther out of the way than we realized.

The breakfast, if you're able to eat enough to get your money back, it's a great feature. Location is great within Salzburg (Maxglan). Pretty quiet at night but still bring earplugs. No freaking fridge in the room!

Appeared recently remodeled. Modern features all of which worked. Air conditioned. Lack of any staff to interact with. Leisure travelers have questions, such as what restaurants are nearby and which are good. How do I pay to ride the bus. Is there a grocery nearby.
