Beds very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Buses to Salzburg centre free and accessible. I prefer a walk in shower rather than a bath shower but acceptable for a short time

The room where we stayed (the most top floor, the attic room) smells very bad like a wet dog or old socks&shoes and the staff that day didnt really try to help at all

Our room was not clean. The first thing we noticed was the inappropriate image drawn by someone in the dust on the hood vent. The shower grout was moldy and there were cobwebs in the corners of the shower. The patio had cigarette butts on the ground, all the tiles at the threshold were cracked and unstable to step on and there were old dead leaves across the patio. The furniture upholstry was visibly dirty and stained.

pleasant personnel The room was very hot with no fan or air conditioner. They advertised a shuttle, but there is no shuttle from the aiport to the hotel, and they charge 10 Euros for each passenger on the way back.

Excellent located towards City Centre. And they surprised us with a free multiple days bustickets. Nice! Missing airconditioning and noisy fans instead.

Location and price Rooms too hot, some traffic noise when windows open. Items on breakfast buffet ran out when busy, some items had mould as had been out too long. Pointed out to staff who replaced.

Location for bus stop from airport was great, the free mobility pass given by the hotel is handy although if you get a Salzburg pass then this also covers the buses and museums. The lady who checked us in was lovely but the rest of the staff didn’t match up to her. Room was small and stuffy with a rather bizarre enclosed balcony. We had to sleep with the windows and door open plus a fan on all night. The room did not get cleaned at all during our stay other than maybe the bathroom. No rubbish was removed and a glass that was accidentally broken was still in our room when we left plus empty water bottles.

Believe the negative comments in the section: no AC, very dirty rooms/ hallways. Honestly not worth the price. There were ants in our room, as in even in the bed. Apart from an ant trap we didnt get any compensation (hotel was fully booked). Not even offered anything. Asked 2x to properly clean the room. And there were still dead flies in the bathroom and piles of dust on the fan.
