This was our second time in this hotel and the experience improved on almost every front. One of the best aspects about our stay was the diversity and the quality of the breakfast. In terms of staff, everyone was respectful and helpful, it is clear that the villa is very well mentained. Although the location is not central the area is quiet and clean, the historical part of the city still being easaly accesible by bus (there is a station near the villa and you get a pass to use it for free at the reception), or by foot (around 30 min.) Everyhing was great.

Liked that it was an annex of the main hotel. It was nice and quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. Met our needs entirely. The Guest Mobility Pass was very useful as the bus stopped virtually outside of the villa and was easy to hop on to get into Salzburg centre. Nothing. I can see that some people might not like having to go 150m to the main hotel for breakfast and reception if the weather was bad, but for us this wasn’t a problem.

A cozy space, well designed and clean. The bus stop to the city centre is next to the villa and it takes only 4 stops downtown. Incredible location, especially with the public transport being free for the visit (we received free tickets for our stay).

The room was big, clean and well organized. It is close to the city center. There is enough parking places! There is no AC!

Confy beds, location close to city center + parking for 10€ / day which was a big plus for us. It was a bit hot and no AC.

The reception is in other place( other hotel,about 300m to go) and there's no information about it in the building ,where we were sleeping.I had to ask other guests,where I can check in. I was using booking.com ,to make a reservation. In my filter -the position "air condition" was on. In my apartment there were only fans, no air condition.
