LOCATION IS NEAR THE BEACH, only that of course makes it out of town only im not sure who would visit this town for its shopping i think its a sub 1000 thb value hotel , its very basic and pretty tired, layout does not flow well and pool is kinda off site, staff tried hard only i think its not value for money as it is, 2 other hotels i stayed this week although not in the same town where better . kind of left with the feeling the place over promised and under delivered, which in fairness can be a common occurrence in the land of smiles in my opinion.It may be one of the better areas for beaches in Thailand only if you come from oz east coast try not to get your hopes to high, think Taree beach rather than Manly.

Nice garden and quiet place. No one at the front office for answering questions. The room is pretty small. The bed is hard.

Great location across the road from the beach. We had a lovely studio cottage with a private gazebo out front. Clean and comfortable room. There is on-demand hot water in the shower. Screens on the windows so we could enjoy some fresh air in the room without mosquitoes. Staff were gracious and accommodating. Easy check in and out. Restaurants a short walk away. Bicycles are available. Breakfast had plenty of both Western and Asian options. Everything was great. Highly recommend!

Box was nice and comfortable! A big window allows a loevely view on the pond and big trees in the inner yard. Calm and cozy to sleep - curtains for privacy. The hosts are very friendly and even helped us to get to our next hotel with their own vehicle. Would stay again definitely! Water in the shower did not get warm until we realized that that the key is needed on the entrance door to get warm water. Breakfast was ok, coffee could be better.

Location The bed is not against the wall. There is a 30 cm gap between the bed and the wall because there is a box with electricity.

The WiFi signal was weak upstairs, so we got bumped off sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, especially because the signal was strong in the container rooms downstairs.
