This was a return visit as I think the resort provides an excellent venue for a relaxing stay whether for couples or families. The staff are very welcoming, the pools are great, the breakfast is very good and the onsite restaurant is excellent. Leaving.

I’m sorry to report that my husband and I experienced food poisoning during our stay. The hotel restaurant was the only place where we ate, so we are confident the issue was related to the food. What was most disappointing was the response from the receptionist. We informed her of the situation and suggested that the kitchen be notified to help prevent similar cases in the future. Unfortunately, she showed no concern and did not offer an apology. We chose not to escalate the matter at the time, as we did not want to create a scene. However, given the seriousness of the situation, we believe it should be addressed properly. I’m sure she didn't even report it since we stayed in the facilities for another hour and nobody approached us to ask what we ate in order to follow up with the kitchen. Nothing.

Pool was great, and we loved the proximity to the beach!! Our room was spacious and we appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! Breakfast buffet was excellent, soo much variety and delicious food! We had an endless number of mosquitos in our room but couldn't tell where they were coming from, and our kids kept getting bit overnight -- from the looks of it at breakfast, the same was true for other kids we saw. We loved the on-site restaurant for the breakfast buffet, but didn't love their food as much for lunch and dinner so we went to other restaurants nearby! The playground and toys were nice-to-haves but a little run-down with many broken/dirty items.

The food and drinks are expensive considering the area and surrounding places (again, catering to foreign tourists), and the bar/restaurant seems to close at a very early time (before 9pm on one night we were there).

beach with nice view of islands nice pools with slide and lots of seating area being able to see the beach from the balcony. Kid friendly with big playground, slide for the pool, and more. Bacon at the breakfast as well as the homemade bread and jams.

I can't fault this place. Stayed elsewhere for one night whilst travelling from Hua Hin. Lovely place, right on the beach. Really nice helpful staff. Food is amazing both dinner and breakfast. Rooms and beds are comfy and showers are great Pool is right outside your door and a bar to boot! This isn't the Hilton, it's a bit tired but that adds to its charm

The hotel exceeded expectations. The whole complex was better than expected. Photos don’t do it justice. Lovely kids room full of toys and the pool was perfect for them.

Great value 2-3BR apartments. Extremely kids friendly from the facilities (playground, small play room, bikes with child seats) to the staff. Great pools including a slide. The location is also great for a quiet stay away from busy beach resorts, and with the Phra Nakon cave and other sites around. Food was also kids friendly but quite average.

This busy hotel is in a fantastic spot on the main Sam Roi Yot beach. It is a very good hotel, the 3rd that we have stayed at in this area and it is definitely the best so far. It has a good breakfast, a beautiful swimming pool and lots of grassed areas to relax on, including sunbeds on the beach. The staff were very friendly. It is a cool place, check it out.

Everything at the resort was superb. All the staff were very professional and welcoming. A one minute walk to the beach, excellent restaurant, two very good pools with plenty of sunbeds, board games, books and bicycles readily available. A short walk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Everything was geared towards giving guests an excellent experience.

Right on the beach, lovely gardens,pool & rooms Prices for drinks were much more expensive than nearby. Wifi was dreadful
