Wi-fi was faulty at times, kept trying to connect automatically to different rooms, otherwise speed was good. I asked for an extension to the check-out to 2pm because I had an evening flight scheduled. They did not accept to extend beyond 1pm, in spite of the hotel being virtually empty. It's with little and simple service perks like this that you win a a client and make him want to return. They achieved the opposite by denying it. It's clear and I know that they DO NOT HAVE TO extend the check-out time, but it's on occasions like this that you "wow" a client without any loss of revenue.

No toothbrush in the bathroom and hair dryer. The smell of the room when you get in and the smelly fridge.

Beautiful Lobby, the enormous size of the room, plenty parking spaces Broken Shower head and raw materials lighting without proper design

Design in the lobby was really nice, modern and cozy. Room was so-so. The shower pressure was low, and room safe had no battery.

The breakfast wasn't great. Options were limited and the same each day.

- No key card, the room use manual key. - The wall is not soundproof as the voice from outside can get into my room

Unprofessional, light years away from what we saw in pictures. They even charge penalty for linen dirt. The charges are 10x of new linen cost. I got fined 3,000thb for accidentally spilling coffee on the bed
