The staff were very hospitable. The room was quite spacious and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of variety. There were different dishes at the breakfast buffet every day so you get to try different dishes. Washing machines and dryers are available 24/7 down by the swimming pools. You can get coins and detergent from the reception. There's a free shuttle to Bearing station if you wanna avoid walking in the heat. Otherwise, Samrong station is about 15-20 mins by foot and on a skywalk so it's safe and you're shielded from the sun. The free shuttle to Bearing Station is only available until 11AM. It's a bit far (if using public transport) from the tourist spots like Grand Palace (1hr 20 mins-ish) and Siam area (1hr-ish) The swimming pool is TINYYY. I thought we were at the wrong hotel when we arrived lol. The rooms are quite old and needs a touch up. If you're looking for nice views from the balcony, this is not it. The shower had weak pressure. It was quite expensive to use the washing machine compared to going to a laundry shop and get a wash and fold.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, breakfast was pretty good, and the rooms were large and clean. Nice little restaurant and bar across the street. It was a bit further of a walk to the metro station than I anticipated. They do offer a free shuttle, but I only used it once when it was right outside. The rooms were clean but a bit minimal in terms of amenities.

The staff was very helpful. Lots of options for food around a great restaurant right out front fun little shop right behind pool was nice and cool. The elevator is a must for the seventh floor. I don’t have a whole lot bad to say about the place.

The neighborhood is peaceful and has a lot of local market around and a number of 7 elevens within walking distance. The sky train is on a 15 minute walking distance. The hotel provides shuttles but I never used it. If you enjoy peace and do not mind a bit of distance from central tourist places than this is a great place to stay. The room was decent for the price. Daily cleaning and free water was provided. The air conditioning was good. There was a bit of bug problem. Sometimes youcan find a roach in the room.

Very clean. Room and bathroom very nice design. Beds are hard-ish. Breakfast, though has a nice variety, is too expensive if paying separately. Coffee not good.

The smiles shared by the staff. The resourcefulness of the staff. I enjoyed my morning walks so the location worked for me. It was my first trip to Thailand and I want to come back and stay with you again. These are humble suggestions only. There was nothing that I "didn't like" but the work out room can use some love. Those older cable machines can cause injury do to the engineering (forcing bad form). A common suggestion is breakfast selection. Garlic is popular but I avoid it. I ate a lot of rice and eggs.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The quality is consistently excellent. Rooms are totally clean! Nice quality mattress, linens new and very clean. Room design is practical and convenient, adequate size. Location is near to where I needed to be. Not on main noisy road but easy to access metro. Staff is super polite, capable and friendly— well trained for their jobs. Reception is quite professional. No complaints

The rooms were ok. The location is soooo far away from the city. The pool is tiny. The rooms we got looked like was in the middle of a renovation.

Unfortunately, the noise from the elevator and people in the hallway made it a little difficult to sleep.

I loved the location. I was able to walk to the BTS station and explore the city independently. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because I preferred to explore the local markets and food courts. I mistakenly booked a room with 2 single beds. I think that the staff should have offered me a room with a double bed.

Amazing room. It exceeded my expectations. At the price I paid, I got more than what I expected. Amazing staff, location is also very close to the main road and imperial mall and the BTS Samrong station. Although being close to the main road, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The view from the room was very nice. I will definitely be visiting the hotel again. Only two water bottles free per day for the room.
