I called ahead to confirm they had hot showers. I was told they definitely have hot showers. The showers had two knobs, one of which was hot and one of cold. Neither changed the temperature of the water. Both were cold. There are no hot showers here. Was annoyed but didn't want to bother with a fight, so I ate the cost and simply left. I would not recommend.

The room clean was not right, I found the room dirty, front service was poor, quite poor, people was so angry and they didnt like that I request sometime. They allow people with music quite late 1 am, and bother the rest of the rooms. and when I asked to reduce the volume they said that also they paid for the rooms??? this is the right response? I will never recommend this hotel to my friends or family, to expensive vs the service, installations, and room, internet connexon is so poor, not good installations at all. I didn't like the restaurant service, the front service, the room service.

The location of the hotel is really good. The place is nice in general, it hs a nice swimming pool and there are many cool places to sit an relax. two ladies at the reception of the hotel were very slow and it seemed like they did not care about us. We had to wait one hour for those ladies to give us the key of our room.
