Complete, varietal choices... ??? Climb short steps in main lobby... Concerned for older guest, with luggage, risky.... Need a bellhop in lobby, or on standby.

We arrived 1hourand 30 minutes before checking and yes room was ready but hotel wanted an additional fee to check us in a little early.

Everything was new plus it was a great location. Very modern look with great staff. Not sure what the bad comments were from others but we loved it. The only thing is there are no ramps we were with our baby and had to pick the stroller up and down steps plus luggage that made it a bit difficult besides that nothing else.

Is new, modern, good rooms, everything is clean and pretty I was looking to eat a snack in the tables of the restaurant and they didn’t allow it because it as bought outside
