It's a nice place, good for kids to play and for adults to relax. There's always food and drinks available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A trip to the Aquarium island is included in the all inclusive package. The owners should use some of their profit to properly maintain the infrastructure and just replace all the little things that are broken. We had a lot of water coming down from the A/C vents, which left a big puddle on the room's floor. What I personally disliked, was that you had to reserve your table for the a la carte restaurant as early as 8am every day. But that's my personal opinion, others might not be bothered by that.

It’s away from the noise and urban zone There’s no private beach! This is not a beach, it’s just a lake with mosquitoes, bad odor, too much vegetation and no waves. The water color is grew, nothing related with San andres sea color blue and green.

The new bar on the jetty Bad quality Food and drinks , limited option to book proper food, poor access to the beach, not enough tents on the beach.

The location being fairly close to Johnny Cay and Acuario Islands was a plus For a so called 4-5 All Star Inclusive resort the food was a disappointment.. similar salad every day..limited variety..overall presentation not good..desserts don't look appealing..mango juice for instance was heavily watered down.. most of the alcoholic drinks taste like syrup

The staff!!! AMAZING SERVICE! Cocktails 24/7 was the best thing. We were always hungry at 5pm and there was not food available. Isn't it all inclusive?. The shows were ALWAYS bingos! they said there's was like a salsa night and never happened.

This was booked from Australia as a birthday gift for my mother 70th. I tried to contact the hotel via booking.com available link and I was unable address the full payment before arrival as no unanswered was provided. Finally over the phone I was told that the hotel will be able charge my credit at my parents arrival. However, at my parents arrival hotel deny to use the booking credit card (within the system) as they did have not access to booking.com data and I offer to signed a form authorizing the use of my credit card in lieu of my mum's or dad's. The hotel did not allow this. To settle the issue at 2am (Australia time) I have to do an international transfer twice as the first was short of $250au dollars. then the second the hotel was overpaid. Note: the first transaction took 75hours to arrived, my parents were on distress as I did insist paying for the hotel as it was plan from the binging. I will not use or recommend the use of booking.com the next time.

Staff was nice except for one of the front desk girls. Hotel in general needs to be updated. A lot of details everywhere, room smelt like old motel. Building is too old and in bad shape.

The staff attention to guests was exceptional, the food was great and the view was fenomenal. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade as they seam a bit dated, also the rooms can use some better sound proofing, because the night shows won't let you sleep unless you put on some noice canceling headphones or unless you don't go to sleep past midnight. And lastly they need to invest in better wifi, because none of the rooms have wifi and it's a commonly shared wifi which barely works in some areas, so this was a bit annoying.
