The Pool, the Staff and the breakfast The only point would be that we reported water leakage in the hand washer, and unfortunately it was not fixed during our stay

The only i like the location of the hotel The room is old and poorly maintained. There is a lot of fungus and mosquitoes. The outside door cannot be closed properly. The gym equipment is rusty

The location was great, and the view from the room was wonderful. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. It looks old, the gym had a horrible mold smell, it was impossible to use the facility.

Just the pool It was dirty, smelled horrible everything was old, and they didn't take care of the facilities. The front desk service was bad, they didn't know what they were doing.

Receptionists early morning 7am +, was excellent. Concierge, Mark was 5 star. Always available, making sure small needs are met.

It was located close to the airport and walking distance to main part of town. Restaurant staff was amazing, kind and friendly. It needs maintenance and upkeep. Rooms weren’t as clean as expected. We had issues with the bathroom with no hot water and water pressure was very low. Issues with the toilet. Private beach was very tiny.

The pool. The kind staff. The view. Location. We had a great stay! Lack of internet apart from the lobby. Delays in repairing the hotel. Mediocre dry breads selection each morning. However, generally, breakfast was great.

The view and the pool The room, dirty, sand in the floor, bathroom not that clean.

The location The AC wasn’t working well, the shower didn’t get like warm, and the room floor always felt sandy (mind you that I never went to the beach).

Room was very big, with table to eat and a desk. The pool is amazing. The view from the hotel is excellent WiFi was not working in the room. Phone was not working, air conditioner noisy, reception should be contacted in order to regulate the air conditioner.

Spacious - everything is so updated - the window in my room has a hole on the wall(around the frame) so I could hear all noises and also the air conditioner would not do its job properly
