Relaxing- beach near by, a short walk to downtown Not much

The host is very nice and will help you find tours and places to go, he’s very friendly and attentive. The location is also excellent, it is safe and has a lot of points of interest nearby like downtown, beaches, piers and restaurants. The cleanliness can be improved as we noticed a lot of stains in the bathroom floor and walls that could be wiped out with some effort. Also, maybe some shelves can be included so people with longer stayings can organize better, finally the TV remote won’t work.

We were under the impression that the property had a kitchen because one is shown in the pictures and they provide breakfast. There was not a shared kitchen so we had to upgrade our room and pay more. Hostels should have kitchens available unless EXPLICITLY stated.

The place was nice and clean. They were most of the time available to answer any questions and providing help. They were easy to talk and reach. I didn’t like the fact that the kitchen was not available. (It is something advertised on the website, see pictures) Unfortunately, when we arrived they said it was closed, so you can imagine how inconvenient it can be when you’re traveling with a tight budget. On the other hand, when I made the reservation around March I just paid for the rooms, so I arranged to pay breakfasts for my group when we check in at the hotel, however when we got there they explained that they were no longer providing breakfast at the hotel, so they were partnering with a nearby restaurant to do so, therefore we had to walk up to the restaurant to get our breakfast. Of course, we didn’t like that unexpected change and we declined the offer to have our breakfast in that way, nevertheless they said that in order to check in we had to abide by the breakfast conditions, otherwise we would not do the check in. Well, we all had no more choice than accepting the new conditions. We were never warned about it. So, it wasn’t all, the next morning when we went up to restaurant they only offered us one item from the menu for breakfast, when the hotel had previously told us about three options for breakfast from the menu, in other words, the reason was going to give us the same stuff for breakfast every single day!!! Of course, we complained about that and they apologized and gave us a refund. There was a feeling of miscommunication the whole time. It was frustrating.

The location was appropriate, There wasn't Cable tv channels, only TDT Wich is very boring, during the reservation it said clearly there was Cable tv channels.

I liked staff and host attention. The breakfast were good and the hotel's location is near to the center. I didn't like the state of the hotel's pet, the puppy was sick and I think he deserves a better treatment. Additionally, the bathroom had a water leak and flood the whole bathroom.

Diana is very kind and solves almost all the situations you have. I would have preferred an air conditioned room since the present was hotter, eventhough diana changed our fan, which was in bad condition and that improved a little our problem of high temperature. I think the hostel could get a better wifi singnal, and a good TV plan, it was only a TDT signal.

I like Colombian breakfast the only need. Is more. Amount by is good everything good service. The shower need more pressure the water.
