It’s a very quiet place, perfect to stay away from downtown noise.

Quiet, lots of birds, a cooler in the room, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the pictures. The room I was given was dark, the window lock was broken, and the “safe” was just a rusted metal box that couldn’t even be closed. Upon arrival, the bathroom mirror, windows, and floors were visibly dirty, and they remained that way for several days. At one point, I noticed the cleaning staff spent less than three minutes in the room. The property itself felt neglected—there was mold on the exterior walls, abandoned vehicles in the parking area, and several run-down kiosks scattered throughout the garden, all contributing to a rather gloomy atmosphere. The TV in the room didn’t work, and the WiFi signal was very weak. There is a pool, but I chose not to use it as I never saw anyone cleaning it. Also the dining area railings and tables had bird droppings over them, and I didn’t see anyone clean them before breakfast was served. Additionally, the hotel is located about 15 km from the city center, so you’ll likely need to rent a car, motorbike, or bicycle if you plan to move around. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property unless some serious improvements are made.

It is in a quiet place, but after a few days, this place is boring. The portion for lunch or dinner is just right, although I would imagine 2-3 times more side dishes, but I'm from a different region. Work on the PC was quite limited; Wi-Fi was available only somewhere, in a room without Wi-Fi and no signal. It is a very remote location, all trips take place in the center, and there is a very long and complicated bus journey, and no other affordable transport alternative.

It was a horrible terrible experience. The owners Mr. Luis and his wife are clowns. They want to swallow your money. The bathroom sink and shower sink were clogged. The bed is a rock and the mattress is a metal feeling. The meals are baby size even the drinks, they do not fill out the whole cup for you or they would fill it out with ice so the drink would be diluted. They would dictate you where to sit and where not to sit down when you eat your meal. They favor the Spanish speaking talkers. The beach is far away and you need to walk a long muddy road and street dogs would jump on you while on your way back. Be careful they might charge you extra meals if you do not speak Spanish and defend your rights. Anytime you want to say what is wrong, they would tell you "manana" which is tomorrow and when tomorrow comes nothing is done to resolve the issue. Good luck if you go there.

Swimming pool. Reception and all employees are really gentle. Plugs of the room. The toilet gets super wet when shower. Very bad/weak/limited coffee. Really far from the center. Super difficult to get fast taxi. Kitchen and reception closes really early.

Nice and quiet hotel, perfect for relaxing. Cesar is a great host, Paola and Aleinis are the girls in the kitchen and in charge of cleaning and they’re both really friendly. All of them make sure you feel welcome and enjoy your stay. There’s a bar with music ? and the property is close to the beach. Is a little far from the street (6 minutes walking to the west street) but you either can walk or rent a Motorcycle or 4x4 (mula) with Cesar.

Don't book this place! I went to this area looking for nature and peace, but the hotel was too crowded and completely different from the photos, there is no privacy (all the rooms are too close), it is not possible to rest (you hear sound and music from other rooms) and there are almost no gardens. I also had the worst experience with someone that entered to my room while I was sleeping (because he was drunk) and the staff was really not helpful with this or any other situation. There is no aquaduct, therefore the water has salt and sometimes there is no water in the room. It is totally not worth to book this place

The rooms could use some updating. Wifi was only available in the main house, which made our adventure planning and communicating back home a little difficult.

Lovely feeling about the whole place. Fantastic service from the owners and staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Great value for money and such a relaxing spot with easy access to regular buses to explore the island I keep extending the stay! NOTE: take them up on the transport offer from the airport

Great staff! Hotel is not easy to get to from anywhere on the island. Recommend renting a scooter

I love being on the south side of the island where its undeveloped. They didnt have the room we asked for when we arrived but after two days were able to change it. Also the water in the shower and sink is very salty you dont feel clean after showering.
