It is a NON alcoholic hotel. They only serve mocktails.

Small rooms, overhyped and high prices

Nice modern hotel, well situated, devoted and friendly staff. We enjoyed the restaurant menu for breakfast (included and varied). Dinner and appetizers were also good. We also enjoyed the services from the Lionfish Scuba Diving School, whose staff you can encounter at hotel— definitely recommend scuba diving with them (it was safe, competitive price, patient and friendly staff). A bit expensive but everything kind of is in San Andres, so just something to consider. Some rooms could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, there was a bit of mold accumulation in the shower ceramic and paint of sink and handles is rusty— this is not a big deal but it’s all about the details.

Nothing the lady at the front killed the whole vide trying to charge me triple Everything.

Fairly new, well maintained. Friendly staff and good breakfast. They give you towels for the pool and the beach which is great. You can’t charge things to your room if you are at the restaurant. I also felt the elevator was a bit dirty at all times.

Overall beautiful hotel, the rooftop had a great view and the staff was friendly. I had a great sleep, the rooms aren’t too fancy which is fine for me because on vacation you usually come to the hotel to rest. Also we walked from the airport to the hotel and it was not bad at all. As a tourist you would expect other tourists to be respectful with the amenities but there will always be someone being messy. My husband and I encountered cups and plates in the lobby of the elevators a few times and they remained there overnight until staff finally noticed and cleaned. This is not the hotels fault but I find it annoying.

Super view of the ocean -- And a balcony. Spacious. Close to the beach. Rooftop pool and restaurant, with creative menu -- Rent a buggy right downstairs and explore the island.. There is NO ALCOHOL served at the pool OR in the restaurant -- Terrible. Order seafood for dinner and no white wine or beer..? Dumb idea. Owners shouldn't make the rest of us suffer for their beliefs..

The hotel is located in a nice area! It is close to plenty of restaurants and very close to the ocean. The breakfast was very delicious! Our room had mold on the ceiling and the room had an odd smell. The shower was a little bit small. On the last day of our stay, there were some issues with the power causing the air conditioner to not work in the building, which made the temperature reach an uncomfortable level in the whole building.

Breakfast was good. limited menu, but understandable Lights in the jacuzzi were burnt out and my friend fell in it. No safety signs etc.

The location, the pool area and the restaurant The property is full of mold in the rooms. I tried changing rooms but decided to switch hotel. They were friendly giving me a full refund.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The rooftop is a highlight, offering a nice breakfast and a good pool. They provide separate towels for the pool and the beach, which was very convenient. There's also a shower in the lobby for rinsing off after the beach—super helpful to avoid bringing sand into your room. The upgraded suite we stayed in was spacious, with a large balcony, a comfortable bed, and even a coffee machine in the room. The shower had hot, clean water, which I really appreciated. When we first arrived, our original room had a very strong, unpleasant smell—similar to urine. The staff initially said over the phone it was likely just cleaning products, but after we insisted they come check, they agreed there was an issue and immediately upgraded us to a better room, which we appreciated. Another small downside: despite the large balcony, there was nowhere to hang wet clothes, so I had to lay them over the balcony chairs. Also, the ocean view is limited due to tall buildings around, even from rooms advertised as having a view.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the receptionist was super nice to us, helped us with everything we needed, they helped us with all the hotel staff. The friend who was with me is allergic to milk, so when we went to breakfast, the restaurant chef took care of things that would not be touched by milk at all. In short, excellent staff, clean rooms, air conditioning, hot water shower, and a family atmosphere.

The Jacuzzi should be hot... it was a cold jacuzzi... There should be a way to put the things we eat and charge them into the room. The pool should be opened until 9pm at least. Check out should be till 1 pm not 12pm.

Like the location. Very modern and amazing view from the rooftop pool and restaurant - ONLY the pool and restaurant crew deserve the most credit since they were the only ones going above and beyond to make everyone feel good and comfortable. Front desk - they either need to get new stuff or get better training for them. 1. They can't open your door room if you have forgotten your key inside 2. They can't check you in unless its 3 o'clock. Not even 2:55pm has to be 3pm or over that. Then you have to wait an hour to finally get to your room. 3. They offer a pool day entrance for any visitor's guest even tho there is a fee of 150000 cop around $37 usd they still deny access without reason. 4. They don't sell any kind of alcohol at all. It doesn't bother me, to be honest. However, it would be nice to know so we could be ready after traveling all day to get there
