Very average There is no elevator. The room was not as good as I saw in the pictures. The reception lady was not nice.

Nice hotel in San Andres, it is modern and well equipped compared to the rest of the island. The rooms are super big with nice airco. Close to supermarket and beaches You had to be lucky for a warm shower, what also took a while. The beds are soft, the matrasses could use replacement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and bed very comfy, lots of space on wardrobes, good Aircon and lots of tv channels. The reception always had free coffee 24 hours a day. The location was great, near to main shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes walking to the beach. There was no hands soap in sink. The water pressure on shower wasn't very high.

The location is perfect, just a couple minutes from the city main street and beach. The room was cleaned every day, it has warm water for shower and air conditioner. Also the frigobar was very useful since the hotel doesn’t have breakfast. There is no breakfast, and the bathroom was smelling bad sometimes.

The location is excellent only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Could use some updates and fixes as the sink drain pipe leaked water profusely, I mentioned it so they put a towel underneath, ha ha, oh well it’s their place.

Nice and well located hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Mark and Cecília. In walking distance to the beach and restaurants. No complaints.

I do not like the location. There is no curve appeal. The lobby has big pipe running across the floor. It needs to be updated. The rooms have a moldy/mildew smell.
