Very loud. Thin walls and can hear everything that is going on outside. No ac I. The lobby. Lobby on second floor.

Wonderful staff. AC and wifi were very good. Near beach, stores and restaurants. Free coffee available at reception. Clean and my room was quiet.

Perfectly located. only 2 blocks away from the main beach. too loud. no ventilation. no lighting. didn’t add toilet paper unless asked, same with towels. the staff watches TV in the lobby on max volume until 11pm and you can hear it from your room. not really that clean.

There wasn’t any breakfast. No AC on lobby not hallways only in rooms. Couldn’t do any work in the lobby because it was too hot. Didn’t meet expectations and broke promised of serving breakfast

The fact that they felt it was alright to send us to another hotel without anyone reaching out to us first

I can't say what I like because they moved us to another hotel from the same owner called Bora Bora The check in was not so smooth basically because they are owners of Three different hotels (near on of the other) and my reservation was not in the system of this hotel, then they moved us to another hotel call Bora Bora

The lady that did our check-in is amazing! Best staff ever! Didn't like the huge stairs we have to climb with all luggages.

Very clean, close to the main Beach, and comfy beds. The staff was pretty nice too

The location was great. Very clean, comfortable beds. Smart TV in the room was a plus with the kids. The stairs up to the lobby. For my elderly mom it was a bit of a challenge but that's really my only gripe.
