The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable

The lady who checked me in was really nice, welcoming and friendly. The other staff were also very nice too. This and the location of the hotel, are the only things I liked here to be honest. The bathroom was moldy and had a bad smell. The wifi was really bad. The breakfast wasn't the best. Noise levels in the hotel were way too loud. Honestly, if it wasn't for how nice the hotel staff were, this would have been "awful" but it was just "fairly bad" thanks to them.

Beds were a little too firm. Pillows weren’t as fluffy.. flat.
-
Nothing Everything smelled like mildew, the staff was rude, and literally anyone could come in the building – it felt unsafe.

The price was right and the comfort was amazing it's on the second floor and I have a toddler. Using a staircase was a little too much for me.

This is not about the hotel, it’s about the Island in general. It’s very sad to see how the island is being overwhelmed by garbage. Unfortunately, much of this trash ends up in the sea. We hadn’t been back since our honeymoon, and we were shocked by the amount of plastic, cans, and general waste—everywhere. There seems to be no proper recycling system in place. It feels as if the island has been left behind in time. Since 2017, there’s been a waste incineration machine, but as of 2025, it’s still not operational. We paid 150,000 pesos for a tourism card, yet after speaking with some locals, they told us that the money stays in Bogotá. On the beaches and in the streets, there are barely any recycling bins. The few garbage cans you do find are often overflowing, and trash ends up blowing away in the wind. In just one afternoon walking along the beach, we filled an entire bag with garbage—bottle caps, wrappers, and the pull-tabs from cans

Cleanliness, excellent host attention Lack of shelves or organization spaces like bigger closets

The staff is dissatisfied, but not all of them. Breakfast was late, the floor in the room was cold. I slept in the room closest to the reception - noise, music from the phone, laughter, talking around 10:00 PM

The rooms are clean, the staff is very kind, there is hot water in the shower, good air conditioning, full size refrigerator, WiFi works well most times, not noisy. Breakfast is delivered in the room every day. Rooms could have more ventilation.

- Breakfast - Walking distance from the beach - Warm water in the bathroom - Extremely noisy at night and early in the morning - Rooms are rather simple - Bathroom needs renovation

Location There was no windows of the room to the outside. The only one there opened to the corridor. The breakfast was so so and the clients are not really free to choose the time they want to have because it has to be booked before and sometimes the schedules are fulled. It serves on the room and they prepare one or two per 30 min I understood One towel each two days. shower very bad Basin on bathroom is very small The big stairs very íngreme on the entrance to reach the reception

I liked the location. I didn’t like the windows in the room, as they face the hallway. I also didn’t like that I could see the hall lights while I was trying to sleep at night. I didn’t like the breakfast options, as they were limited.
