The hotel is conveniently located, a very short distance from the restricted traffic zone and the very long beach/sea front promenade. My reservation included breakfast and dinner (but it was possible to change dinner to lunch upon request), both buffet style. The food was nothing special, but still good and varied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel need some renovations, particularly the fixtures, which, for what concern soundproofing, it was as if they were not there.

The location is great for el centro and to get to the boat tours, they’re a very short walk away. Easy access to tons of stuff. The staff is great and very friendly. Tip: this should be natural but be sure to be chatty and friendly with the staff, it goes a long way. The restaurant is great, recommend the half board for breakfast and dinner. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay and it’s a nice hotel, but the building, rooms and decor could use freshening.

The location is very good and the staff is very nice. The lighting in the room is excellent and very clean. The wifi connection was very unstable. As I was working remotely, this caused some problems for me.

The accommodation was really comfortable and so spacious!! and clean. The staff very friendly and the food delicious!! I couldn't choose a better placer for my stay in San Andres. Also the location, very close to the center and places of entertainment. I would definatey comeback and recommend it. The internet on the island is poor, however, I managed to put myself in a strategic point in my room to get the signal.

Well this hotel need a very hard work on all the department. the crew need more train, how the approach to the costumers. and also need a lot of cleaning.
