Arrived and when i got to the room, it was occupied. Staff not friendly. Had to change rooms because air conditioner wasnt working. Too many issues.

Half of the staff is very cold. The restaurant area is too hot. Better to close it with glass and install air conditioning

Very practical location, close to the beach and to the center. All inclusive package is really worthy. Was all good

The staff was really kind and attentive to any need The noise from the main street and sometimes fellow guests being loud or playing music loud past 10 pm

Great pool , good staff especially Maria on the dining area and silka who were very helpful. Cocktails were not the best and food was a bit repetitive

The location was good and in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and the AC was great. The distraction was the construction currently going on at the property. The nightly shows were nice and the staff involved in those were energetic and fun. Joely was one of the few who spoke English and she was lovely and kind. Wifi in the rooms would be great. Kindness and patience with non Spanish speaking clients would also be a plus. Joely was exceptional while dealing with the front desk staff.

Food service was great and diverse. People in the facilities are very kind and ready to help always with a smile. Rooms are huge. From this hotel you can get a free ride to the country facility (sol caribe campo), which has a modern pool and a private section of beach. They were doing local repairs, pool was not working and other facilities were not accesible. Weather didn't help much, due to the continuous rain, there was flooding in the restaurant area. There's no wifi in the rooms which is super bad.

It was on a main street close to amenities. This place, is very dated and has not been updated in years. The Pool was only filled up half way a 6ft deep pool with 3ft of water, I believe they drained it due to the amount of kids. The food wasn't that good, overall this place is way past its prime. There is a night club on the top floor of the hotel.
