As atividades para socialização no hostel não tem muito engajamento, senti falta de alguma atividade para conhecer a cidade ou mesmo o centrinho que é perto

No soap in the bathroom

Everything was great, not a 5 star hotel, but the ambience and the friendliness of the staff makes it 5 stars. Jerry y Suelen are just to to friendly I enjoy chatting with them Its a people meeting place where you can go alone and come out with plenty of new friends

Todo es super genial

Muy cómodas y limpias las habitaciones y los baños.

On Wednesday night 8th of july. Early july 9th from 12 midnight till 1:30 there was a group of " I believe to be Brazilian people" I was staying in room 301 which is right by the kitchen, they were loud obnoxious there was a guy from brazil in our room who was letting everybody use the toilet I don't think the staff that was there that night did anything to stop it. it was very irritating I supposed to go scuba diving next day and I had to cancel because I did not sleep well I sent a message and I spoke with the people in front desk next day but nothing happened they didn't do anything about it I think it was neglected very disappointing because the whole week was wonderful great staff very friendly very clean except for one night they really messed up allowing those guys to be so loud and disrespectful to other guests, it was a group of 10 or 15 people running down the hallways and being very loud and obnoxious. Also there is a lady the cleaning staff nick name her (abuela -grandmother) who does the cleaning the first time I met the lady she walked in the room she didn't announce herself she just opened the curtain scaring me and of course I scared her as well because she didn't expect me to be in there I thought that was a very strange way to walk into the room and open the curtains I could have been naked and it was no privacy I understand that sharing the room with different people you have to be aware of that but the way she walked in and opened the curtain was not professional I told her that I didn't think it was right what she did and she held a grudge the whole week, she was not very pleasant towards me.

This hostel has the best viajero workers i’ve encountered that will help you with anything, i needed to go see a doctor and Maria helped me figure out which facility to go to and got a local taxi driver to come pick me up! Jeri and Alejandro always give good energy to everyone who walks in, i’ve been to a different hostel in San Andres before this one and the difference in the treatment you get from the workers is massive!! they truly care for the guests here. guaranteed

Me quedé en una habitación privada, y era espaciosa, cómoda, tenía una mesa y lugar donde colgar y acomodar la ropa. El baño estaba limpio y todos los días nos arreglaron la habitación. El Staff impecable en su atención y amabilidad. Para ser un Viajero le falta mucho, es un hostal cómodo y cumple con el proposito (yo fui a hacer mi certificación de buceo, asi que no pasé mucho tiempo alli) pero las zonas comunes son muy escasas e incómodas, las sillas del bar son super incómodas y la cocina, aunque bien equipada y limpia, tenía implementos en muy mal estado.

I loved Maria's attention, shes brightening the entrance , the best service ever !

this is a great Viajero!! the workers are kind and welcoming, every floor has a big balcony, there’s a female dorm(!!!) and a roof where you can just chill with friends amongst other comfortable spots around the hostel :)

This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was pretty fun I had a blast with the hostel crew and Gerry was great in the front desk they also have a lot of tour packages and vehicle rentals in the front desk Everything was good

I liked everything ! Super chill, relaxed - amazing staff that helps with everything- especially Jerri !!! He is so nice and welcoming. Facilities are awesome !! Nice rooftop view No hot water but many of the places in San Andre’s are like this

Good place, clean and close to the center

On my first night, the bathroom haven’t water, but the next day everything was ok

The rooms are fine and with AC & the beds have curtains. Good wifi and nice views from the rooftop terrace. Sometimes a bit noise, but not annoying, normal for a big Hostel. Very low water pressure.

I liked the vibe and the stuff were really nice, Suelen was helping me with everything I enjoyed my stay
