air conditioner worked really well. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. couple of coffee shops fairly close by... linen was changed 3 times in one week. shower could use a shower head rather than just having a stream coming from a pipe.

Close stores to buy groceries. We couldn't use the pool because wasn't clean and ready.
