The location is outstanding right on the Boardwalk and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Outstanding towel service with fresh towels to shower and separate larger towels for the beach daily. Room is very comfortable with good A/C and hot water for the shower that only takes 2 minutes for the water to run before the water turns hot. Outstanding maintenance as Theodoro not only changed our faucet right away in the bathroom that had a small leak but also replaced the tank of gas right away so our A/C would cool better during the day. The evening manager Charlene and the day manager with lighter skin couldn't have been more hospitable and kinder. They even watched our bags after checkout so we can enjoy the island until our flight left. The balcony also has a clothesline to hang your clothes to dry when you come from the beach. The rooms were clean with a TV to watch the World Cup. They also have showers in the first floor to get all the sand off before going to your room and a public bathroom downstairs so you don't have to hold it in waiting for someone to come out of the bathroom in the room. My family was extremely happy. This hotel is a perfect 10! Not much of a view from the balcony but otherwise this hotel is a perfect 10!

Location is perfect Terrible WiFi, noisy and not sure about its cleanliness . Staff don’t allow visitors so my friend could not meet me at door if I didn’t pay gbp 30.

Everything was good

We had everything near! That was fantastic! They make us use a bracelet and it was really un uncomfortable, because it was made of plastic so, we had to use it during all the stay… so… I know this is for security reasons but really uncomfortable.

Need a little more bathroom cleaning, and the rooms locks need to be updated.

The staff were amazing, the location was perfect, the room and rest of the common areas were extraordinarily clean. Couldn’t ask for any better.

The proximity to the beach. Amazing location. The mattress was as stiff as a rock. I guess the owners don’t expect tourists to come and sleep on vacation. lol The other thing is insulation to the door, the insulation are so bad, one night, someone was having a blast at the beach with his boombox. The the noise was as if he was playing the music in my room. I couldn’t sleep till he was done with his nightly event before I was able to get some sleep.

Awesome staff

Tired old hotel that needs updating, but it was clean and in a great location by the beach. Rooms needed repairs, stove only partially worked. Old furniture & hard beds.
