Perfect. The staff here is outstanding! I must explain. I had been booked to stay at the posada zona centro san andres islas for one night but they ditched me at the last minute because my reservation was only for one night. This was discovered because the staff here were kind enough to speak (my Spanish is horrible) with the manager. Once it was revealed that the other hotel would not accept me the assistant manager began booking my reservation with their hotel on Booking.com for one night. They didn’t overcharge me, AND the manager sought to show me cheaper accommodations elsewhere. I cannot say enough about this wonderful staff. They (date: 22 December around 1:30pm) spoke for me, took me in, held my luggage until check in, and treated me with kindness and respect. They are a very special group of people. No one issue.

No elevator for a 5 levels hotel, that’s too bad. No chair or table in the room. The cleaning service has a huge potential for improvement.

You get a much better impression from Pictures online than being in the actual facility, and i think hotel is overpriced and you dont get the value for your money., I was running late for my flight and I was still held hostage for 20mins for staff to inspect my room and they charged me for stains in pillow case that they attempted to even wash while I was telling them i was running late for my flight. Staff do not pass notes as I was told I could receive visitors at check in but the night staff was extremely rude and turned away my guest that I was receiving. Definitely not staying at this hotel again.

I did not like the front desk staff. Everyone 30 years and under should be fired they were not helpful, and they always had a look on their faces as if the guess was bothering them. They never acknowledged you in the morning, afternoon, or night, never a hello unless you spoke first. They always looked irritated if you asked a question. All of them were constantly looking down at their cell phones. I do want to point out one of the managers when we arrived. She walked downstairs and instantly greeted us with a smile. Only then did the front desk staff acknowledge us. I really feel that if you're going to have a young front desk staff, they should be more like the housekeeping staff they should really reverse those rolls. The front desk staff was totally unprofessional. That's why I would not recommend this hotel. Also, I want to acknowledge a young valet that was there when we first arrived he had braces. I won't forget him he was so kind, always a smile, always accommodating, always answering what questions we had, he was very pleasant.

Location was good, room is spacious and practical. Staff is not very helpful and intense. Wi fi didn't work on the first day, tv didn't work, door didn't lock, booked a room with a balcony and didn't get it, breakfast is actually outside the hotel in a local restaurant. The hotel tried to charge extra 50k pesos because my girlfriend who was registered and with her ID on her lost her bracelet. Hairdryer and ironing board only by request at reception (we had to go down to get it, which we didn't since we were on the 4th floor and there was no lift). Overall what should have been a very relaxing stay in a paradisiac island became quite stressful, specially with such an intense approach from staff
