It's 2 floor and no elevator. Even if you reserve a quadrupled room with 2 queens beds for 2 people they will give you only 1 full bed... and very bad mattress

I had paid for a room with 3 beds and was given a room with 2 beds on my first night. Thankfully hotel was able to give me the correct room for the following 3 nights but there was no attempt to credit or remedy the situation for the first night. There was a lot of noise due to remodeling especially of the pool which is not in service right now. Also hot water did not work.

Location was great, staff was great as well. We got new towels when we needed them. Cleanliness could be better, isolation was very poor and the shower battery was dirty.

Nothing, complete zero I am very disappointed in my stay. The listing advertised a spacious room for two with two double beds and a nice bathroom. However, I was given a tiny room with a single bed and a bathroom that was far from what was promised. Worse, the price was not adjusted to reflect this downgrade. This is misleading and I expect a resolution.
