This place has something for everyone. For the solo traveler (me), families, couples, friends and even those who want a hostel vibe but get a bit more. The space is beautiful. The pool, the shared space, the bar, and the restaurant. The location is fantastic! It’s literally a 5 min walk from Playa Spratt and restaurants. It’s also close to the marina for those taking tours to Acuario or Johnny Caye. The breakfast was great. You will always be asked how you want your eggs on top of the buffet they offer. The pizza is also great. I had the ceviche at the bar and it was also incredible. I got to stay in two rooms (I missed my flight) so I got to see two types of perspectives on one with a balcony and a standard room. Both are equipped with the essentials and are a nice size. The beds are super comfy. The pools are also lovely. Perfect temperature and you even get a swim up bar. I’m going to be honest, the front staff was not helpful and just gave the minimum response to questions. They didn’t go above and beyond to explain something. The rest of the staff was great. I had complained about my initial room regarding the notice and asked for a change. The manager never followed up with me or anything. Even after I inquired a second time. After that I just dropped it. My initial room had a balcony. Let me tell you, it’s not worth it unless you have the ones facing the pool. The street noise is so loud. I’d definitely bring ear plugs. The standard room was also located near the elevator. I thought this would be quieter but no. You could eat everything and all the conversations of ppl coming in at all hours of the night. Learn from me, bring ear plugs. Also know that I get the feeling nothing fully dries here bc of the humidity. So just be mindful surfaces will get dewy and there isn’t anything you can do about it.

The buffet breakfast was nice and was served in a good restaurant attached to the hotel. We had to pay for it since it was not included in our reservation. The staff was very nice, and the hotel has a young and vibrant vibe. One issue we experienced was with the balcony door. It was not locking properly and appeared to be tilted. A staff member came to inspect it and mentioned that it would need to be removed and repaired, but unfortunately, the repair was never completed during our stay. We ended up using a couple of wooden sticks provided by the staff to help keep it closed.

from eye rolling to their tone and impatience i felt in conversation whenever i asked for something or needed help. yes this hostel has a huge pool and a good restaurant but for me it wasn’t worth the horrible treatment i got there. it’s like they know that people will always book there so they allow themselves to be rude to the guests.

I left this hostel very mad and honestly kind of offended that this is what I got for 30$ a night. A because the workers are very impatient and rude and i got so sick of it after a few days and B because they moved me so many times even though i booked a few nights in a row, just because they want to maximize the amount of people in every room. about 2-3 times I was told to pack my things and get out of the room at 11am and wait until 3pm !!!!!!! to move into a room that’s exactly identical to the previous . even thought i payed for multiple nights in a row .

I love everything about the Dreamer Beach club. Very accommodating, has two pools, live music and very clean facility. Overall, the staff is friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach. You must show your wristband gain entry into the hotel at night, which is great for security purposes! I have no dislikes about the hotel. I recommend it to anyone who’s traveling is very close to the beach.

Staff is so nice and friendly, location is unbeatable, people overall is so nice The water in the showers is salt water, the same for the hand washers. That's something I'd impriove.

Very rude man.
-
The breakfast is 95% the same everyday. You got options but could've be improved a bit with more food/different food daily.
-
Excellent! Clean and really taken care of.
-
Very nice location, close to everything, staffs are great and facilities are good. It doesn’t sound a hostel, sounds a resort. Definitely the best choose, specially if you are young. The cleaning is not the best, could improve a little bit.

It was an amazing place, so big, clean, comfortable, beautiful view inside, food was delicious. Just that I noticed when I arrived that the price of the night would have been cheaper for me and would have free breakfast if I had booked on the hotel's website.

Absolutely loved this hotel! I would definitely return to both San Andrés and Dreamer Beach Club, and I’d even stay at their other locations. Spratt Beach is just a one-minute walk from the hotel—perfect for quick dips or long strolls. The water was absolutely unreal—crystal-clear, calm, and so easy to swim in that you can just float effortlessly. I highly recommend catching both the sunrise and sunset—they are breathtaking. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options and is definitely worth including with your stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the hotel has plenty of great amenities. I felt safe, and the area is very walkable with restaurants, bars, convenience shops, a gas station, and boutiques nearby. The locals are friendly, and most people speak English. The airport is just an 8-minute walk away. I stayed in a private room, but they have plenty of options depending on your needs. Whether you’re looking to meet people, work remotely, or travel with family, this is an amazing place to stay—great value all around. The walls are thin, so it’s best to keep conversations quiet at night
