Dirty not well taken cared of. I did not get what i booked. I asked for double bed and got twin. too small the room. The bathroom was full of mold in between the tiles. No wifi. No plugs to charge devices but in bathroom. Good location but way to hectic and loud. Breakfast was not good at all. Too expensive for what it offers.

I love the beach I love that we don't have so many people on top of you selling you things I just go there to enjoy the beach The people are really nice I just would like if they put more garbage cans around so people would throw their garbage the beach there was too much glass bottles bottle caps and all over the place

location the room was small and it it had a column in the middle. we turn off the ac and the entire room was wet i believe because of the humidity on the rooms or i dont know why but the floors and walls everything was wet .

the place is old and not well maintained. it looks nicer in the pictures, but the beds are crappy, the closets are old, the bathroom looks horrible

Excellent localization, breakfast and staff. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, taxi and tours. New Year’s dinner was very good. Fully recommend. The woman that offers tours should be kinder and didn’t provide good support.

Nothing I had a confirm booking with Portobelo Beach hotel. When Iin reached the hotel, I saw the hotel was under maintenance and no room was available. We were suggested to another hotel of the same group, there they had one double bed room against my booking of a triple bedded room. From there i was send to Portobelo Convention, where i got a bigger room. Next my observation was Hotel Room charges was 550,000 COP but Booking.com charged me 60% extra.

The location was great and the breakfast was good. Tiny, uncomfortable rooms, hard beds, slow internet, small terrible television with a few cable channels, not enough blankets, and gives you a hard time if you ask for more, incredibly loud. No windows!!! Feels like a bad dorm room.

First of all, we stayed in a different building than the one it is shown in the booking. When we arrived there, they told us that the room had a '' leakage '' due to weather conditions. After that, they send us to another building which was on the beach like the first building(the one shown on the booking). Secondly, when we access the room the A/C was working full, so we close it because it was cold. Finally, it was revealed that the room was full of humidity and we get sick (that was the reason, that the A/C was working full all the time - in order to hide the problem). It was too expensive for the room we had, unfortunately the prices in San Adres have been too high
