Facilities poorly conserved, elevator was damaged, rooms with bad smell and no window opening, old installation.

Good bedroom size with air-conditioning Bathroom: The shower drain couldn't cope with the amount of water coming out of the shower and flooded the bathroom in seconds. Breakfast poor, with limited options and without self-service. People not very friendly and pacient.

The location, near to the beach Very dusty, probably not renovated for 50 years. The lime was falling from the walls, the safe was broken, no water bottle in the room..., everything very outdated. Exaggerated price for the conditions offered!

They change my room when I feel uncomfortable in my fist assignment, I appreciate the effort and the care for the customer. No Wi-Fi in the room

Nothing They called the cops on me and accused me of smoking in the room and they wouldn’t let me leave without a bribe for the police

Staff was so nice amazing people . Free Breakfast on Boardwalk every morning was a great treat steps from Ocean and all the boardwalk Room was Spring break hotel Fort Lauderdale 1985 . NO WIFI Dated old moldy room yet with a balcony on the Ocean The rooms need to be updated . They switched us to their other Hotel on Ave of Americas which was Spectacular and was brand brand new with Amazing shower and WIFI All I can say the staff was amazing and accommodated us and even did all work to switch us to their sister hotel

Nice staff. There is a lot of noise all night ong, the taxi drivers park the cars near to the hotel an put loud music during the entire night every single day. I was there to compete in a triathlon event and wasn't able to sleep during my stay. It is a shame becaise the hotel doesn't care about it.

The staff was very nice. The location is pretty good. The room was way too simple with no lamps. They really need to update the floors and clean the bathrooms, they smell bad. The door in the shower has black mold. The covers in the bed are very old. The view was in front of ruins from the hurricane. It was our honeymoon.

Great Location and great breakfast Wifi was not available in the room. Internet was pretty slow. The check in process is very tedious , they notice you a bunch of rules, they seemed very angry and the welcome is not comfortable. The hotel is pricey.
