The service was amazing and the location is perfect. Is close to the centre but really quiet. They help you to book your activities and give you recommendations. The internet in the third floor was not working and the time we were there

Ibis was really good, she just Make sure everything was OK, she helped us to book a mule, and advice about tours and restaurants.

Good room, very helpful hosts. Even though I didn’t speak Spanish we managed to communicate well. Surrounding area does get loud but earplugs help to sleep.

The room was big and very clean. Rooftop was very nice and could see the entire area, including the sea. Breakfast was good and prepared on spot based on preferences and availability. Airco in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel doesn't have hot water, but the cold one is still acceptable for shower. No possibility to open the room window to get fresh air. Luggage storage is not secured and you need to trust on honesty of others.

The property was ok. The staff was terrible. Very rude and inflexible Greed staff and not willing to help if anything happens to you. In the end I’ve preferred moving to another property as the host transmitted bad bad vibes.

Great location in town, close to beaches and restaurants. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Nice roof terrace. The whole island suffers from bad internet connection - so it's not this particular hotels fault.

The neighborhood was quite noisy. There was loud music, chickens waking you up at 5 am. There was imposible to get a good rest. The breakfast was basic.
