It was okay…. If you need a place to stay the night, I 100% recommend. But if you’re trying to actually enjoy the room. Don’t come here. Me and my husband were told breakfast from 7-9 am and we walked in at 8am and nothing was set just cheap packaged pop tarts and sugary treats. Half the outlets didn’t work, and there was so many stains everywhere from paint or just dirt? When we entered the room it was HOTTTTT. To the point we had to turn on the ac leave our stuff and leave for a few minutes. There was cops in the middle of the night/ till morning for whatever reason and some interesting dress women….. I never leave reviews but this was definitely one I BEED to leave.

The facility is very run down. Expect to check-in to a hot room, since they leave the air conditioning off. Not real pleasant in the summer in Texas.
-
This place is horrible. The fire alarm went off about 6a. There aren't even phones in the room.

Everything was fine for the price, but we were woken up around 6am with a fire alarm that lasted about half an hour blaring loudly.
-

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very clean. The area where the facility is located is industrial & right next to the I410 & I10 which facilitates going anywhere. There are a few fast food places nearby & at least 2 good Mexican restaurants with authentic cuisine at reasonable prices. Were the facility is lacking is that the tub/shower was very slippery making the taking of showers a bit dangerous for older folks like us. The continental breakfast didn’t really contain any breakfast type items, but the coffee was good. There was no coffee maker in the room, but did have microwave & mini fridge. The bed is a bit high off the floor which made it a bit difficult for my 5’ tall wife to get in & out of. They are pet (we have a Jack Russel) friendly at a very minimal fee compared to others in the area.

Breakfast literally consist of just little packages of things like honey buns , little packages four count white donts , or other little prepackaged things , not a real breakfast at all... The room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was nonsmoking supposedly , and the a c did not work well at all ... when we asked for extea.towels hclaied, that they do not give extra towels...and we where swimming like started at 8:58 pm.the pool.says.online, pool.closes.at.10pm... and posted.on gateof.pool 10.and 2 signs.in the pool.area.plus upfront and in their own website, the guy comes out tries to tell me.pool.closes at 9 i was like showing him it literlly says.all over it is open till 10 he says ok but just this time im like excuse.me then he needs to change it on everything, ice machine upnstairs didnt work also online i reserved a 2 bed room, and he 1st gave me.a 1 bed then i had to ask for one with 2 bed and be charged an extra 10 in cash and when i tried showing him my online reservations he jsut puts his hand up and is like u picked one bed but its no prob we will get u 2 i jsut need 10 dolllars like ugh id never suggest to stay there

The room was clean. The bed was mostly comfortable more comfortable than other beds that I’ve been at other hotels. The only two things that I didn’t like were the breakfast was just packaged granola bars and such and had to ask him to make coffee, but he did with a smile and the plug outlet in the bathroom did not work so I could not use their blow dryer thank God I had brought my own overall it was a good day. They had a pool that was clean and had no problems with anything. I would stay there again.
-
The only issue was refrigerator that didn’t work, but didn’t care much. The hair dryer didn’t work either and that was a bit of an inconvenience. But, other wise everything was great.

We arrived around 11:00 p.m. with a confirmed reservation, expecting a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk attendant was on a call when we arrived and spoke to customers in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When it was our turn, we attempted to pay for the reservation using my husband’s card, as mine did not have sufficient funds. The attendant refused to accept a different card without offering any clear explanation or trying to provide a solution. As a result, we were forced to leave and find another hotel late at night. This level of service is unacceptable. We have never encountered an issue like this before, as it is standard practice for hotels to accept payment from either guest’s card. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. with a confirmed reservation, expecting a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
