Location Air condition wasn’t cooling and the sheets were used. We found someone’s hair on them and stain on the sheets. I had brought my own luckily

The service was good. But the room smelled like cigarette smoke and bathroom door that no door knob.

The room was clean when we arrived & cleaned after we got back from a long day out. The staff was attentive to whatever we needed. The parking lot was clean & very easy parking. CONS: The AC hadn't been turned on so the room was very hot. The fridge wasn't plugged in so it took a while to cool off. The manager that checked us in was behind one way glass with a little half circle opening to give them your payment & the office windows had bars on them, neither of these things makes a guest feel safe. The ice machine was not running. U had to keep changing the input on the TV for it to work & the second morning the remote batteries were dead. No breakfast, coffee pot, wash cloths, shampoo or conditioner, kleenexes, only bar soap. They offer the VERY BASICS.

Racist front desk guy, called me a cracker. Only a dead bolt that di not work in the first room for locking. No hand towels where provided, only on wash rag. The people in the room next door had music up so loud it woke rip vanwinkle up. It was almost every hour. Never got more than 2 hours of sleep. Front desk, refused to do anything about it. No phone to contact front desk Unsafe neighborhood I want a free nights stay in San Antonio on a Saturday night at. Best Western plus or a Marriot coirtyard
