A good place to stay if you need something that's not in the middle of the city. Unit was nice

During our stay we encounter dirty sheets/pillows, and anytime we took a shower the water would get stopped up. I informed the front staff and she just brushed it off and said tell housekeeping.. in the pool area the signs instruct you to get a pool towel from the front desk .. again the lady at the front desk acted as if i wanted to steal the towels .. we were there for 4 days/ 3 nights . I would give housekeeping our dirty towels and they would instruct me to go to the front desk to retrieve new ones .. all in all we made the best out of our stay . And the location was perfect for our son’s basketball tournament .

The way they advertise the rooms and the breakfast is very misleading. The breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00am. I made it a point to get to the breakfast area at 8:30-8:45. When I got to the breakfast area there was no more yogurt, no bread of any kind. No egg, no milk, no fruit other than a few apples and some had dark spots on them. I kindly asked the attendant if more food was coming and she replied that what was out was all there was. I was only able to get Juice from the dispensers. I got up and left. They advertise free breakfast included and other amenities as well. However, the reality is far from what they advertise. Think twice about staying here. This will be our first and last.

Pull out bed was rusted with spring appearing. Second floor water pressure was low. Recieved bed sheets for pull out bed with burn holes and stains on them. We did have plenty of room however, as a family of 6. With some upgrades, the hotel would be a decent stay.

The location is not close to the Medical Center. Our room smelled terrible. We were immediately moved to another room and told that because the location is so close to the medical centre (it’s not) they get loads of sick and dying guests that smell bad. Not at all what I wanted to hear. The pool is indoors, small, and always has kids in it. The breakfast was crowded. The waffles were nice but they were constantly out of butter, and you had to wait in a long line to get a waffle. Not enough parking. The phones didn’t work; we’re international travelers who needed land lines. Right next door to 24 hour food. Staff was somewhat helpful.

rooms were dirty, bedding was stained and dirty. It stunk in the lobby. Front desk girl spoke broken English and didn't know the answers for any questions. I tried to get a refund 5 minutes after checking in and she told me I could not. I had to eat the loss but I was not staying

The outside looked nice the reviews were nice the room had a broken lock water stains on the ceiling the smell of mildew asked to change room very rude woman at receptionist desk said no the bed and chair had bugs of some kind have bites requested refund instead of staying also said No never again. They clean once every three days posted on mirror also requested 54.00 extra as a security deposit and 4.00 was service fee could not explain what service the woman mumbled thru all the conversation could not understand word she said but very rude parking was a problem had to drive around til someone left. Reason for stay was our ac broke only to go into a worse situation the drug had frozen ice dripping on floor. Not near medical center

Breakfast was not what was described during booking. Two of our vehicles were burglarized on the first night. Hotel did not have surveillance cameras at the time. Management was asked and they never made an attempt to fix the issue. Security signs are posted but we never saw them patrol the parking lot area.
