Good clean and family friendly environment

The room was clean, breakfast they were not prepared for the many people t h ey were having each morning. Horrible coffee

The cockroaches on the wall and in the restroom were disturbing. Maintenance did come in and spray the room immediately. The mattresses were worn and uncomfortable.

Was clean, good and comfortable

The pool Th carpet from the room was dirty, they don’t vacuum. And the breakfast was horrible, they make powdered eggs and it was watery. Also the guy at check-in was rude. he hates working there obviously.

That some of the rooms when you walked by smelled like weed. And that the allowed people to drink beer at the pool when their where family in the pool with small children

Clean room and helpful staff. We saw a cockroach near the breakfast. Outside the room wasn’t cleaned however room was clean.

Location Bed bugs, fleas in the room.

Comfortable, and very spacious We paid almost 200 for the room, it depends on the day you get it , we stayed there for one night on the 4th

Just bad neighbors arguing and slamming the door at 4 in the morning making a ruckus

Breakfast was ok

The room had a nasty musty smell. The bed had yellow pee stains on them and there was trash in the restrooms. The front desk had a foul odor, it was very warm inside and the area felt very unsecure.

The room was smelling of cigarettes. It had mosquitoes.

The room was comfortable, the bed sheets looked clean, and the pool was well maintained. The mattress sagged on one side, the carpet felt greasy, and the water felt oily every time we used it, leaving our hands, hair, and even after brushing our teeth with a greasy feeling. We only received towels for two people despite being four guests, and they were never replaced. And the breakfast was almost gone by 8:00 a.m. even though it was supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m.

Hot breakfast with sausage/eggs/waffles. They were super kind to keep the breakfast open for my family that arrived near closing time. My room, 215, had updated amenities(A/C, frig, lights, blinds). The 2 mode bedside light is the best I have ever seen anywhere. My room, 215, had a bathroom door that was stuck, so could not close, which made it difficult for privacy. Front hotel phone was rarely answered.

We stayed 4 nights but towels are not supplied unless we asked and it takes time for them to give it. Supplies for Soap and shampoo is not enough for 4 nights stay for 4 people. There’s no variety of food for breakfast, we have the same food for the whole stay.

The property was clean. The room was nice and cozy. Air condition was excellent. Close to Alamo, sea world and fiesta Texas. For the price it’s a great hotel. We stayed in room 103 right by the pool. It was convenient for the kids to swim and watch them while enjoying AC. Nothing property met expectations
