The room won't very clean and the furniture were broken. The drawers wouldn't close properly. The hallway carpet was very dirty and old as in the room

On the website the advertise a pool but they don't use it and that sucks.

There was no breakfast. The king size bed is very used and uncomfortable. The staff did not want to change me rooms The housekeeping. Give clean towels next time, sweep right. The bed was very used and hurt my back.the staff is rude and careless

It was not clean. The towels and linens were deplorable. We stayed two hours before we decided to leave. We chose it because our daughter was transferred to a hospital in San Antonio and we were desperate to find a place. We didn't realize spring break was happening and our chances of finding something were severely hampered. Even under this situation we couldn't stay there and weren't even allowed to cancel. So we lost our money and still had to find somewhere to stay.

NOTHING!!!!! It was the most disappointing and disgusting place I have EVER had to stay in. The place was filthy. There was glass on the bed, the bed sheets were filthy and dusty. The sofas looked like they dragged them in from the dump. The smell was horrible and burned my throat. There was cockroach droppings on the walls. The booking.com website stated it had free breakfast, which it didn’t. Was charged $144 and $50 deposit, which was no where mentioned either of a deposit on booking.com. I’m as disappointed with booking.com for false advertising this location. Worst experience ever. Had no choice but to stay there my mother in law was in the hospital with heart problems and we came from out of town everything else was booked because of spring break and this sleepy motel overcharged because of spring break. Super disappointed

Nothing to like Everything room smelled like smoked cigarettes walked in to my room and there was someone else belongings in room. Nastiest stay ever an still took 70.00 dllrs deposit on top of 150.. dllr stay Total rip off

I made reservations cause it said on booking that you had free breakfast. Come to find out you don't. And the refrigerator was not working. No trash can in the room
